i was looking at different developers and the apps they had produce. i talked in 3-4 firms but oyelabs was very diligent in following up. they were willing to take the lead and had best rates so i chose them.

got a prototype that works perfectly but we have not built any integrations yet.

when they promise to deliver on a date they stick to it. most of the communication was through whatsapp. they were quick to respond and clarified all my confusion.

They were extremely good at the services they provide. They were professional and diligent, too.

no , I am extremely happy with the service they have provided.

We had an existing product that served as the basis, but we invited the team’s ideas based on their experience. Oyelabs then did full project management, full-stack development, UI/UX design, wireframing, and graphic design.

There were 5 team members working from Oyelabs, including 1 designer, 3 developers, and one project manager. Santosh was our project manager, he was in direct contact with my team.

The project is still in the work but I am impressed with their seriousness about deadlines and their effort to satisfy our needs. The project is going as I had envisioned and I am very happy.

We receive frequent updates from our project manager. We are mostly in touch through whatsapp and for project management we use trello which has been very useful.

What I found the most impressive about the company is their punctuality and seriousness regarding the work at hand. They make sure everything is done perfectly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I may suggest to maybe increase their team size to make the process a little faster.

Oyelabs participated in the entire design and development of the app. There were many brainstorming sessions by Oyelabs for developing the business idea. The app is being developed using both Android as well as iOS platforms.

The app is yet to be launched but Oyelabs had done an amazing job and all the deadlines were met. The app is exactly how I pictured it to be.

We used Trello for project management, it has been very helpful in tracking progress. The team was quick to respond and we stayed in contact through whatsapp and skype.

What I found most impressive was their professionalism and punctuality. The whole process was really very smooth and there we no hiccups anywhere.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have nothing actual to complain about but one thing I would suggest is to soon expand their team as they are really good and have great skills.

We loved working with Oyelabs's team, because they are qualified and experienced professionals who really care about your project. Their processes are precise and efficient.

Project management is one of their biggest strengths. They're very proactive in communication. We had frequent meetings . We used Skype and Whatsapp for communication We knew what they were doing at all times. Anurag was there to step in if the developers weren’t on the same page or needed something.

The time and costs which were scheduled were always complied with. The planned meetings were always on schedule. Any questions I had were always answered as soon as possible. They were highly proactive.

I may say they can increase their team size to make the processes even more faster and efficient than it already is.

Whatsapp was the main channel through which we communicated. A WhatsApp group was created with our team and Oyelabs team. Ashmeet was always there to keep us up to date with the progress. And Trello was used for project management.

Their work is great but they could maybe increase the team size which would make the process faster.

We have a lot of clients per day, especially at lunchtime and in the evenings. That’s why our clients often must wait in long lines that obviously make them annoyed. To improve our service system, we’ve decided to develop an Online system to make the process more efficient.

We wanted to provide a new service that would let our clients make their order online and choose the time when they want to take it away. As an additional service we wanted to provide booking, so our clients could book their favorite table. Also all in all to make the process more efficient.

When our company decided upon building such a system I referred Oyelabs to my manager. We shortlisted 5 agencies for the project. We had meetings with all of them and finalized to get this built from Oyelabs.

In conclusion, we loved working with Oyelabs's team, because they are qualified and experienced professionals who really care about your project. We’ve received support at every stage of development including QA and post-release support. We’re thinking of creating a mobile app, and the day we decide to do it, surely we'll contact Oyelabs again.
