I’m the owner of a company that sells coffee and tea products on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

We hired OutsourcePro for their PPC and advertising services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OutsourcePro does our PPC ads. They also update my product listings to make my Amazon and Walmart account better. The team essentially advertises for me. We’re not doing social media campaigns yet, but we plan on doing them. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with one person from their team, but other people are copied in our emails. My main point of contact is one of the company’s owners. 

How did you come to work with OutsourcePro?

I’d been using another company for many years, but I decided it was time to get more professional services. A friend recommended OutsourcePro, so I decided to try them. That was the start of our engagement. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in December 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After OutsourcePro’s changes to our listing, we’ve seen improvements in our visibility. In fact, I’ve acquired some profits from the listings — previously, I was getting zero profits from them. 

How did OutsourcePro perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is perfect; I’m happy with them. We typically use phone calls and emails to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed with OutsourcePro’s ability to change my listings according to what I want — something that my previous vendors weren’t able to do. Moreover, they have good communication skills. They respond to me within the same day 90% of the time, while they answer the next day 10% of the time. On top of that, they deliver whatever they promise. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

I’d definitely recommend using OutsourcePro if you have Amazon and Walmart listings.

I'm the Senior Manager at VIGO and work with the Product and IT teams. I have been with the company for over 6 years.

For what projects/services did your company hire OutsourcePro, and what were your goals?

We initially hired OutsourcePro to help us set up our product catalogue for Amazon. We were impressed by their service and professionalism and decided to extend the scope of the partnership to product listing enhancement on the content and media front, as well. They gave us a dedicated account manager and also connected us with their content writers and graphic designers. We also recently started our PPC campaigns with their help.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We came across their website while searching for e-commerce account management solutions online and really liked that they had the resources to provide all the associated services. That was the major deciding factor.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We started off with an introductory meeting and were comprehensively questioned by the team at OutsourcePro regarding our requirements for them to analyze the scope of the project. A week later, they came back to us with a detailed plan and let us know what information and resources they needed from us.

Once both the stakeholders agreed upon the plan, their team started implementation. We had weekly meetings where they provided us with updates. We were also connected on Slack throughout the process and their team was available if we had any ad-hoc requirements. Slack, Amazon Seller Central, Merchantwords, Sellics and Salsify were some of the technologies used during the course of this project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had POCs for each team; one for general account management and one each for content and graphic design. They were the Account Manger, Lead Copywriter and Graphic Designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First off, the product catalogue on Amazon and a couple of other e-commerce sites are now much more enriched and complete. We see an increase in sales MoM and lesser customer questions as the listings are equipped with all the needed info and clear and illustrative images. The PPC campaign started recently and they have maintained the ACOS below the target that we provided. I am extremely satisfied with their services.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have a flexible communication channel; available pretty much throughout the working hours. The weekly update meetings are very structured and they follow an easy to track reporting template so that we can effortlessly quantity the amount of work done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I had experience working with freelancers and account managers in the past; With OutsourcePro, we're able to get all the needed expertise and resources in one package. That really helped increase the efficiency of the entire account management and maintenance process and also helped deliver better results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far, no complaints...
