We have tasked Outforce with advertising, shortlisting & vetting multiple candidates for our firm over a number of years to fill roles for bookkeeping and accounting support. I have always found the process to be incredibly easy, efficient and the talent pool identified to be excellent. We have added 3 permanent staff to our team through Outforce and a number of clients have been referred to Outforce whom have likewise placed staff as well. I couldn't be more impressed with the level of ability and loyalty of the staff who have joined our team, and also impressed by the ease at which the Outforce team makes the entire process - from request of a role, through to shortlisting, interviewing and all the HR headaches taken care of. We will continue to use Outforce as our go-to provider for all of our offshore talent needs.
