To create a professional, fast, and brand appropriate website that communicates what we do.

aStash asked us to send sample websites, brand guidelines, and current projects. We met to discuss our vision and the scope of the site. We quickly received a design idea within about a week and worked through what we liked and did not like. We had 2-3 phone conversations, multiple emails, and one final in person meeting to review every page. I was always impressed by the quick response times and fast turnarond of changes. Most of the time they were waiting on us!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a professional site that is incredibly fast and easy to navigate. I was most impressed by the speed that it was delivered to us. We could have been up and running faster if it was not for delays on our end. I have already received a few comments from clients that like the site, and it has only been live for a few weeks.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We worked great together. They were always ready to meet or have a phone call to discuss next steps. All changes had a quick turnaround.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their quick responses and speed to final product.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I thought we would see multiple design ideas upfront and choose from those options. We only saw one idea, but ended up moving forward because we liked it so much.

Brown Interiors is an interior design company and a 6000 SF furniture store located in Pearland, TX.

We work with Kateryna since 2017 for any marketing projects including website design, online store management, SEO, Google paid advertising, Amazon store management, social media management, print advertising, and branding

We were happy to find such a detail-oriented person who was able to increase our sales, bring engagement to our online presence and keep up with the demand for growing our business online

How did you select this vendor?

We have been referred to Kateryna and after the first interview, I knew she was exactly what we were looking for. I and my lead designer were involved in interviewing. We did not consider others.

Describe the project in detail.

In 2017, we needed someone to manage our social media channels and achieve more online engagement with our customers. We were very pleased with her work within just a few months! Kateryna had suggested a few marketing strategies, one of them being to create our online store. She built an online store on our existing website and was responsible for managing it. At first, the store contained around 3,000 products from a single vendor.

In Mid 2017, her next major suggestion was to create an Amazon store, and it turned out even better than we could have hoped! She developed our Amazon store with roughly 15,000 items in it. Not only that, but also sought out furniture vendors from our existing vendor list that were capable of partnering with us to drop ship items to our amazon buyers. From that point on, our Amazon store has made (and continues to make!) around $30,000 in monthly sales and Kateryna and her team manages it completely and without major issues.

Throughout the years Kateryna has generated exceptionally good print advertisements for any situation, including: Christmas and Easter cards, printed portfolios, brochures, business cards, and newspaper advertising.

She also has organized and promoted a number of different events for our business, showing deep and versatile knowledge in both Facebook and Google’s paid advertising systems.

At the end of 2017, Kateryna suggested moving our website to WordPress and redesigning it. By doing this she was able to improve the website’s speed, work on Search Engine Optimization, and manage more products than we ever had before.
It took her and her team about 3 months to design the new website and build it. We absolutely loved it once it was completed! When the website went live, it was modern, elegant, and professional. It showcased our company and values perfectly. We were complimented multiple times on the beautiful portfolio she had implemented. The new online store contained approximately 40,000 products from 5 unique vendors.

The next step was implementing Search Engine Optimization to the newly made website and promoting the online store with Google paid advertising.

What was the team composition?

Kateryna worked by herself at first and after the first year, she was able to bring on board her partners. Tatiana was responsible for eCommerce development and Amazon, Aleksandr was a lead marketing manager. Kateryna was working with every member of our company including warehouse managers, lead designers, and support.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Through the years I'm happy with the results and that is why we keep working with aStash Web Design & Marketing. 

Kateryna did a great job ranking us #1 locally for many essential targeted keywords. In 2018, Kateryna was able to bring 4,000 new users to the website through organic traffic, and by 2019 that number had climbed to over 5,500. The Google Ads results were 4,500 in 2018 and 6,500 in 2019. We consistently received monthly reports with a summary of her work and the improvements that were made.

Kateryna is very easy to work with. We had perfect communication throughout and she was happy to communicate with everyone in my team as needed.

Their hard work and attention to detail set them apart. Kateryna is honest and never afraid to come up with new ideas or try different strategies to improve. She really cares about our business and genuinely wants to help us grow.
