I am the founder of the “LeTeR” app.

As I am just starting with my project I needed a UI/UX design for the app as well as a landing page. Those are the services I hired Otrofy for and I can sat that they exceeded my expectations!

I searched online for the best UI/UX designers in Canada and I found Otrofy on Clutch!

I wanted the uniqueness of this idea to be portrayed through this UI/UX design and the landing page. I did the least I could from my side but I came up with the content for the designs, while employees at Otrofy did their magic. After we had a few meetings talking about the App idea they showed me some prototypes and I really liked them, as I said they exceeded my expectations, and from there we slowly started shaping this idea into a design.

I worked with the company’s Co-Founder, Anna and their UI/UX designer, Oksana.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I can now move forward with this project having more to show in search for investors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between me and Otrofy was very effective and relaxing. They were a great help to a beginner like me. I was lost on couple of occasions and they really helped me out and helped me bring this idea to reality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Besides everything being great, I found their ability to realize my idea the way I really wanted it amazing. The communication was extremely good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I could think of.

I am the CIO of a software company providing facility management software for sport facilities including an integrated mobile app for the sport facilities customers.

Creating a better relationship between the sport facility and the customer or player. Providing the facilities an improved relationship with their particular sport community. A unique approach to facility management and an application for customers or players that provides improved visibility and ease of use to participate in games or events hosted by the facility.

After soft interviewing dozens of app development companies throughout the world. We had narrowed down to three companies that had their strengths and weaknesses. We found Otrofy to be the most balanced, experienced and fresh.

Since the start of the project every milestone and goal was met above expectations. They have gone above and beyond solving problems with our original application planning. Provided us good input and options to improve the overall experience of the project.

Communication has been superb always makes themselves available for meeting or changes. Very solution orientated on solving issues and hurdles we came up on in development. Always met milestones and goals. Very clear outlines and accurate cost provisions.

The expertise and skills of each of their resources were phenomenal. Their ability to understand the larger goal and vision has been a relief.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind the entire process has been very smooth and transparent of any changes to milestones or goals.

We still use the program. It allowed us to reach a new level of communication with customers.
