I’m the co-founder of JPR Group, an online marketplace.

What challenge were you trying to address with Otimbi Labs?

We needed someone to develop and design our e-commerce platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

My team presented Otimbi Labs with our ideas. Once they understood the concepts, they designed and developed our website from scratch using WordPress. They also designed an Android mobile app, and we have plans to make an iOS version. We plan to launch the website and app this month, and Otimbi Labs will provide my team with tutorials and training.

What is the team composition?

We are mostly in contact with a developer. Sometimes, we speak with Otimbi Labs’s VP of finance.

How did you come to work with Otimbi Labs?

A friend referred us to Otimbi Labs.

How much have you invested with them?

We have spent less than $5,000.

Our work together began in October 2018, and it is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They adhered to our timeframe in delivering a product that met our requirements. Otimbi Labs's team is professional and highly skilled. We’re very happy with their work.

How did Otimbi Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

Otimbi Labs is very responsive, and we haven’t experienced any delays. We communicate via Slack and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They not only provide design services but also propose great ideas for marketing our products.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should expand their language capabilities to accommodate customers from different places better. They didn’t correctly translate some of the words on our website, and we had to correct this. Otimbi Labs should have a developer that understands at least minimal French.
