OSS was hired to take over development from a previous vendor. The work was not of the best quality. OSS was hired to take over, improve and complete the project.

Recommended. During initial talks, OSS represented themselves honestly and without exaggeration. After discovery, they were direct and forthright about what the job was going require.

Work was extensive. OSS provided excellent timelines and set expectations along the way. The communication with the team was the best I have ever experienced. Constant, informative and always pleasant.

Project management was organized, thorough and very detailed.

They operate with integrity. They are not heavily dependent on strong sales tactics. They are confident with their capabilities and are assuring without using cheap sales gimmicks.

Not as far as I can tell. They are an outstanding, trustworthy partner. If I were able, I would work with them on every project.

Their team should complete more efficient testing before releasing to their clients, but this doesn’t reflect the overall experience. We enjoyed working with OSSystem.
