Orthoplex was hired to create a website application and also back office user service. They were very professional. Assisted me in developing made suggestions to make it more efficient and executed in a very timely fashion. 

At the end I received sleek professional, easy to use website and mobile app. I also received access to back office where I can customize the application and make changes as needed. I'm very happy with the product that I received. I'm also very pleased with the speed of service and professionalism and communication. Their whole team is very easy to work with and made the whole process very easy.

Orthoplex came in to help us rebuild our website and optimize the site for SEO. It required design work, analysis of hundrends of existing pages, development of new templates, replacing out of date code, custom coding of new assets, as well as the ability to understand and maintain multiple domains that had been built by different teams over the years who had recently been attain through acquisition.

• Our SEO began to see immediate improvements (measured by SEMrush)
• The useability of the site increased dramatically through the enhancements to navigation and page design
• Conversion rates increased for our digital ad campaigns
• Page speed increased almost instantly
• The number of pages decreased due to new methods of communicating more information more clearly than we had been doing in prior years making the site easier to navigate for prospects

The Orthoplex team has delivered every project on time. They are clear on expectations and have met some very difficult deadlines but have also been straight forward on what is possible and provides alternative strategies if the ask is not realistic in the time provided.

We have weekly meetings but also frequently have off cycle communication through email for smaller adjustments that may fall outside of the scop of the larger projects underway.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They consistently provide incredibly high-quality work and exceed expectations. When complex issues regarding merging of content across instances or replacing antiquated builders were brought to the table they provide thoughtful feedback based on experience and best practices and created roadmaps for the best path forward. They've also worked incredibly well with other vendors we had for specialized projects helping stay aligned throughout the entire organization.

We had an older website that looked dated and not meeting the current business requirements. Cornerstone Family Counselling (CFCS) was seeking a redesign of its website to enhance user experience, improve navigation, increase conversions, and establish the clinic as a leader in Christian-based mental health services. 

The website must enable clients to easily book appointments using Jane App forms or other forms, promote online therapy with the Jane App payment (pre-payment, payment before appointment, etc.), provide detailed information about the services offered, highlight each therapist, and showcase Cornerstone’s unique practicum program and walk-in program. 

Additionally, we wanted the site to incorporate a blog for thought leadership and SEO (see comment below), signup forms for list building, ability to build and add landing pages for Ad campaigns, and live chat functionality via Tawk.to or WhatsApp. 

We wanted an SEO-Optimized website: Including On-page SEO, Off-page SEO and Technical SEO, Local SEO, etc.

Enhance User Experience (UX): Simplify navigation and structure for ease of use across desktop and mobile devices.  
Drive Client Conversions: Focus on encouraging visitors to book appointments through prominent CTAs and seamless booking functionality using forms (we shelved the Jane forms for the launch due to some internal issues on our side - we will launch them later). 
Showcase Therapists: Create individual therapist pages to highlight expertise and facilitate targeted advertising. 
Integrate Christian Identity: Emphasize Cornerstone's faith-based approach to mental health. Emphasize the clinic's focus on compassionate and Christ-centered care. 
Promote Practicum and Walk-in and Group Programs (in future): Highlight the clinic’s unique offering of supervised practicum opportunities for new therapists. 
Establish Thought Leadership: Implement a blog for articles, resources, and updates to drive traffic and increase SEO. 
Live Chat Support: Integrate Tawk. to provide real-time support for website visitors.

Yes. 
I primarily dealt with Michael. Michael was super responsive. I am extremely happy with how Michael showed care not just for us also for our audience (people affected by mental health) and how flexible he was in accommodating our needs. His pricing remained reasonable even with extra time commitment. Everything was delivered on time despite the change in scope. I would recommend Michael and Orthoplex to others.

Responsiveness and willingness to work with us even though we changed the project scope a little bit. Michael and Orthoplex were always solutions-oriented rather than problem-focused. Together we developed and launched some leading tools for our clients.

Not really. I would only encourage Orthoplex to continue to be client-focused and centered on client's clients (does that make sense) - at the end of the day, we as a client were trying to solve our client's problems and address their pain points. We are thankful for a good partner in Orthoplex who looked beyond us and at our clients.

Everything was delivered on time throughout the entire project. They were patient, receptive, understanding, and very flexible with my requests and needs. They were understanding of my struggles and difficulties and they catered to my team's requests knowing that it would cause them delays that they still mitigated. We reached out to Orthoplex Solutions to help us rebuild our marketing website in WordPress using Elementor builder in order to allow our team to be able to make changes to the site and perform their day-to-day tasks. Orthoplex developed multiple modules in both the web and mobile app and supported us in cleaning up code and improve the front end design.

Our new website was easy to use for all our team members, even the ones with no previous wordpress experience, thanks to Orthoplex doing a proper handoff meeting and taking the time to educate the team and provide virtual training sessions. 

All the custom development work that was done on the web and mobile app were tested by our team and our clients. The new design looks cleaner and professional and we received many compliments from our clients. Orthoplex addressed all feedback and everything is working very reliably.
