I approached Oregon IT Solution for a web design, as an artist I needed something which is easy to manage and showcase my works.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were quite good with giving my details of what they can offer and also there price was very affordable within my budget.

I dont know much about development but I am happy with the work they done and specially they were very friendly and helpful and teaching me how to use all aspects of creating and managing my website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Initially I spoke to Syed and got all development done, than they assigned a guy called Matthew who was very happy to teach me all aspects of how to manage my administration area of the website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am glad to have a unique and well working website to display my works and yes it has helped boost sales of my NFT art.

I was directly in touch with Syed through all development and demos and I was very pleased to see them deliver my work within 2-3 weeks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Affordability & Quality

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cant think of a thing, they could certainly charge a whole lot more but I guess they didn't want to overcharge me.

Website Rebranding - goals were to update the look and build a booking system for out salon.

We selected them based on there payment milestones, their work samples and their understanding, knowledge and work quality.

Not very tech savvy. but yes we are delighted with what we been offered and the booking system we have now is flawless.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since upgrade we had over 200% traffic and due to accurate and detailed booking system in place, we can get the most out of our business and also help customers better experience.

I was in direct contact with Syed over WhatsApp(as per my request) and to be honest we had a detailed chat about requirements and what we received afterwards was s flawless that we didn't had to talk much.

Syed was a good listener and very knowledgeable. Their timeliness and quality were flawless.

I cant think of anything they are lacking.
