They helped us move from PHP to JavaScript. It wasn’t just moving stuff, they rebuilt the whole thing in a way that fits how we work now. They built a custom dashboard where staff and vendors can check tasks, upload files, and track progress. It also has ERP features that keep everything in sync. We use it to run daily tasks, assign work, and stay on top of projects.

The project was complex, as I had to learn what best suited my needs during the process. However, Shohan and the team were extremely patient and open to changes and new approaches. I truly felt that they cared about my satisfaction, which to me was the true sign of success. The communication was also excellent the team was very responsive throughout.

What is most impressive about them is that they are flexible. Orbix Studio spearheaded a total renovation of our presence in the web. After only a week of discussions, we presented them with a comprehensive site map which I had drawn up page hierarchy, user flow, content priorities and audience requirements.

The initial stage emphasized much on design. We desired a site that reflected more of our brand image; professional, modern and easy to work on. This took a lot of design comps and back and forth efforts to achieve the look and feel that we had in mind.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The reaction of clients and stakeholders has been very favourable. Internal teams are proud to show the new site to their clients as it represents our professionalism and expertise better.

Metrics wise, it is too early to measure actual performance. But when looking at the last two weeks of data compared to the same two weeks last year we have experienced appreciable increases even with the seasonal pattern of our business. That is a good indicator that the new location is already leaving an impression.

The organization of the project was comfortable. Deliverables were largely delivered on time with few delays that only occurred when we re-evaluated previous decisions. Although their office resides in Europe, their timings are USA timings, which keeps us too busy creating our products.

Local businesses are now able to promote their product on a platform that the app generates. Through the website, people can search and purchase their product, and they can register and list it. They will also offer regular maintenance.

Before launching them all at once, we're waiting to resolve some registration problems with Apple. Although I think the site and app are well-designed and user-friendly, I'm eager to see what users think. They have, in general, lived up to my expectations, so I'm pretty satisfied.
