We got mobile app development from Orbix. The team created a Wallex-integrated iOS app that operates as a cryptographic wallet: where users can view their transactions and activity listings on various blockchains. 

First we created a prototype ourselves simply as a HTML page. Orbix came in and offered iOS development and consultancy. We gave them web based wireframes and the team brought them into the mobile versions. They also provided backend development support to the iOS app primarily on authorization.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Orbix Studio LLC continually works very hard with us and is excellent at delivering mobile development knowledge; they didn’t just view us as a source to make them money by the hour. As the blockchain technologies are in their first stage we found bugs. However, our cases were sorted out very well by Exyte and caught the bugs before we caught them. The team went through the whole app before sending it to us and our end client.

Considering we were experimenting new technology and required a lot of custom coding deadline was extended partly because we missed some deadlines on our part. Also, the client kept adding more features to what to be done, along the way. Orbix presented some sort of sense of urgency to meet deadlines – super helpful for us.

They could concentrate on an in-house strategy. Even though the cost was too high for us and low for the client, that’s not on Orbix.

We began with a two-week foundation phase during which we discussed every detail of the business, an outline map and a strategy.

We agreed to develop in Sprint for each phase of the build hence accountability and from there we began developing the web app.

My approach to development is instrumental in my being held accountable, because I manage a lot of aspects of the project from a business perspective. They really make the process in a way that I can understand and be able to understand how to call for my responsibility of a CEO.

They succeed from a project management standpoint because they’ve never been late with a deadline.

We run the project using JIRA and Confluence and usually communicate via Slack.

We were impressed by their entrepreneurial approach to project management. They don’t build with and through my requirements; they challenge me and keep the process as realistic as possible.

The only problem we’ve encountered is the time differences, since we have to wake up in the morning to meet with them. Unlike me, I’m not so much a morning person but for them, I can make an exception.

Our project was to create a new website project from scratch which we are to develop in cooperation. Ideally, our previous website did not have a modern design, had issues, and was not generating leads. We really required a new approach in terms of manner we presented our business. Having established that the primary goal of our business is to help people live healthier lives through nutrition, Orbix studio team started with consultations where they needed to understand the details of our business model, target audience, and what we hope to achieve in the future. At the end of the project, we got an attractive, a fully responsive, and quite easy to navigate website.

To be all honestly every member of our team is quite satisfied with the new design, branding and usefulness of your new website. We have no doubt that people will be able to realize shortly what type of service is offered by our web site and how they can benefit from it.

He is a very good talker.From those virtual meeting, we communicated for several hours on the discussion and the work done. The option for as many meetings as the client desired and as many revisions to the designs that were needed made it easy to work together creatively. I specifically valued such communication from her – submission of her work was always followed with an email and a video giving an overview of what has been done, with the option of scheduling a call.

We were impressed by their willingness to dedicate time to the client, discuss possibilities, and define the outcomes. The newly released service satisfied all of our client requirements in addition to our established requirements. Uptime was one main metric as well as time required to process new schedules together with audience engagement when accessing our website and our projects' fill rate (targeted at audience).

A new navigation system should provide users with smooth access to essential content including products and services for improved user experience. The process delivered three main deliverables consisting of Wireframes and both low-fi and hi-fi designs.

Their team had to develop the pipelines to transfer data from our data supplier into our architecture because everything is on the cloud.  They have also provided a designer to work on the front end. Given that many of our consumers will use our platform on their phones, that person created the present mobile-responsive solution. A specialized mobile app version is still being developed and should be online shortly.

Our online application's beta version is now available. After creating an account, users may trade, buy, and sell football players.
