• A major focus of ours in the next year is growth and recruiting, both from a brand level and for our franchisees. Something that was missing for our brand to help accomplish this was a competitive recruiting message and campaign, that we knew should focus on video. Orbis Production worked with our team to brainstorm and develop the campaign's slogan. The team provided ideas according to the premise of our brand and the story we wanted to tell. Orbis Production created the videos' storyboard and planned the assets that would go into the campaign.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We released the campaign's tease at a small leadership conference, and our network was blown away. Some teammates teared up, and the team was so excited about getting their hands on the campaign. Orbis Production exceeded our expectations. We were very proud of the result of this campaign, and what a message we think will last a long time. 

We published the videos on our website, YouTube, and social media channels. We also used the video's B-roll since Orbis Production was so great at providing the extra B-roll they shot and letting us use it. We used that material in ancillary projects, on our social media, and in digital ads. We also use imagery and photographs from the shooting. Orbis Production were great storytellers and helped us fine-tune our message to be digestible for our consumers.

Orbis Production set realistic expectations for us from the beginning about timelines. The team delivered good-quality work ahead of schedule and set expectations according to our launch objectives.
