We asked ORBIS Production to help us build a TV + digital launch around an A-list talent at a privately owned villa in Italy. They came in frmo the first call, offered a clean concept that let the product lead, then wrote a tight script and storyboard. ORBIS handled casting and the full craft side – art department, production design, styling and HMU – with a very discreet approach to talent (separate holding, small footprint, calm room).

A pre-light day was followed by two shoot days with a senior commercial director and DoP, motion control for transitions, and a full crew/kit from ORBIS's own rental house. The schedule stayed steady; neighbours and access were managed without fuss.

Post was end-to-end – edit, light VFX pass, colour that holds daylight and evening LEDs, and purposeful sound. Deliveries were tidy and ready to route. Focus groups ahead of launch scored strongly on recall and intent. We didn't need pickups.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We approved V1 within 48 hours (two minor timing trims) and shipped finals three days early. Broadcast/CTV QC passed on first delivery. Pre-launch groups moved the needles we care about: +14 points unaided recall and +21 points intent to try. There were no reshoots and zero safety incidents; talent trivacy held without a single escalation. ORBIS handed 21 masters with retail loops and key art, all localization-ready. Internally the work scored 9.8/10, and legal cleared on schedule.

They helped shape the concept, locked casting, locations and airspace, then ran a mixed shoot: one day was air-to-air on a helicopter with Shotover F1 plus steadicam on the ground; day two was in studio on Bolt motion control for seamless transitions and macro plates. Post was quick and tidy - edit, online, colour and mix light VFX. We received a 30s hero, 15s cut-downs and 6s bumpers in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1, with caption packs, M&E, press stills and BTS. They felt like a partner rather than a supplier and hit every date.
