• The idea of the marketplace is pretty new in the travel industry. Everybody is familiar with travel management companies (TMCs), online travel agencies, and metasearch sites. Our strategy is to provide the aggregation of all this content from TMCs, consolidators, offline and online agents, and direct channels through a single user interface. A video is worth millions of words. We wanted to deliver our story in a fun and engaging way through a short video that would explain myRiva's benefits and walk the customer through onboarding steps. It was supposed to be a part of a welcome package for our new customers and be ready before our big product launch. Normally, this kind of project would take a few months to deliver. Our challenge to Orbis Production was to provide the asset in three weeks.

We had quite an intense onboarding session with our key stakeholders and people from Orbis Production  designers, video engineers, voice artists, and project managers. We covered the project's scope and explained our company culture and vision, which were interpreted into the end result. They produced two different animated videos addressing different onboarding scenarios.

Our video artist also ended up being our "voice-over" talent.  He just did a quick demo for us, and we loved it so much that selected his voice from 6 others. 
In those three weeks, we met probably 5-6 times, and it really helped - the video became a continuation of our product. It fits perfectly in our brand and delivers the message. We’re absolutely satisfied with the result.

Our project coordinator communicated with us almost every day with updates, clarifications, questions. We knew exactly what to expect and when, and what was expected from us. We didn’t miss a single milestone.

The project was organized and managed very efficiently - when we had an idea or quick feedback, that was easy to hop on a phone or a Zoom call and discuss in real-time. 

We liked the tools they used to collect our feedback - very easy to use and intuitive, even for a person who never worked with video editing tools.

In our kick-off call, I discussed what I needed, and they asked exploratory questions to further my own understanding and theirs. Afterward, I put together a preliminary storyboard and outline, from which they developed a nicely displayed storyboard and script. We went through a lot of back and forth, leaving comments on parts that were too long or required rewording. I also provided them with GIFs and short video clips of the platform to information the animation. The result was a 2.5–3-minute video.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This video has really helped us establish our brand and voice, and the voiceover ORBIS Production put in really helps personify our otherwise cut-and-dry platform. The video has also been very helpful in sales conversations and marketing.

The second project we worked on was a very short 30-second video of a particular part of our platform. It documented a cool feature we wanted to emphasize. We utilized it in a YouTube ad, and it turned out to be one of our top-performing campaigns on the year.

ORBIS Production worked with us on a very tight timeline to achieve all milestones throughout the project including a final script, voice-over candidate options and style refinement, storyboarding, and reviews and approval of all visual elements. They met our timeline and were a pleasure to work with!

The brief required tight schedules, multiple regions, and bilingual on‑set support. Pre‑production: treatment support, casting (4 principals + background), wardrobe, location scouting & permits (Milan + Amalfi Coast), movement plans, accommodation and transport.
Crew & gear: full camera/lighting/grip package; underwater unit (underwater DoP, housing, safety divers, camera boat); air‑to‑air unit (helicopter with stabilised head, pilot, permissions); sound, unit & catering.
On‑set management: bilingual set leadership, daily call sheets, risk and weather contingencies.
Handover: dailies backed up and labelled, sound sync, release packs, and a clean post delivery log.

We hired ORBIS Production to support us with the full execution of a global TV commercial for one of our enterprise clients in the financial sector. The scope included end-to-end production in Italy, starting with script polishing and director options, followed by location scouting in Tuscany, casting, art direction, set design, and full crew assembly. 

The project required a multi-day shoot with a fully English-speaking team, production design support, wardrobe and HMU, props, equipment rental, logistics, and on-set management for both cast and crew.

ORBIS handled also accomodation planning, transportation, catering, and all local permitting.

Key deliverables included a 45-60 second hero film, multiple cutdowns (30/15/6 seconds), BTS photography, and a full handover package for post-production. ORBIS managed all technical preparation and on-ground execution, ensuring that the creative direction and visual tone aligned closely with our internal concept.

We had several measurable outcomes from the campaign. The hero film landed exactly as we had hoped – visually strong, understated, and emotionally consistent with the direction we established early in the process.

Our client's internal stakeholders were particularly positive about the tone of the imagery and the sense of authenticity we were aiming for.

They shared that it helped them present a clearer and more modern narrative for the brand.

On the distribution side, both the broadcast version and the shorter digital cutdowns showed higher engagement that previous campaigns in this category.

Nothing dramatic, but defitintely an uplift that was noticed.

From a production perpective, everything was delivered on time, talent usage was cleared without issues, and all the deliverables (including BTS materials) were handed over in an organized way. This made the rollout on our end much easier than usual - which we appreciated.
