We wanted to showcase the factories and show what they are and how they work. We wanted it to be done in such a way that prospective buyers would feel engaged and understand how the factories operated.

ORBIS made four feature films of 3.5 minutes each, showing the factories from inside, interviewing the management and showing the the work of each of the factories from inside in an interactive and engaging way.
They also recorded four long presentation videos for each of the plants (1 hour each) The process was very smooth and well organized, especially considering that filming on multiple locations was involved. We got an out-of-the-box service and didn't have to worry about anything – ORBIS' management team handled the whole process, organized everything for filming on location, prepared the scripts, and interviewed the management.

We have worked mostly with Mike Lisjak, Elen and Marco. As mentioned above, the whole process was dealt with in a very professional manner, without a single hiccup.

As mentioned above, the goal of the video was to showcase our services, experience and qualifications in an attractive way. Prior to the actual filming, ORBIS prepared a script and a storyboard. Once I approved them, we travelled to film location. Video production took place in three cities – Trieste, Ljubljana and Gorizia. The filming team consisted of six professionals: a director, director of photography, two cameramen, a sound producer and a gaffer. The filming lasted for three days and postproduction was quick and flawless.

In short, it was excellent. I wasn't at all familiar with how professional video production works but Mike and other team members organized everything without any hiccups and were there to answer all my (sometimes silly) questions.

Product Marketing Manager at Vanzel Design. Vanzel Design is a boutique leather bag maker. All our bags are exclusively designed and handmade. We combine family traditions with innovative, trendy design.

For what projects/services did your company hire ORBIS Production?
We hired ORBIS to create a product video for our latest range, so that we could post the video on our website, as well as social media channels and YouTube. ORBIS did both production and postproduction.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal was to raise awareness about our brand and showcase our latest range to both new and existing customers in an attractive manner.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We're located in Croatia and we were looking to hire an EU company. We couldn't find anyone locally, so we looked in the region and found ORBIS. After checking their Instagram and YouTube, we requested a proposal and received a good offer.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
We set up the site and the video production team travelled to our location. Since we had already shared the brief with them, they took over the process and provided and complete solution. All we had to do was to review a couple of versions and select the one we liked.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Mike was our main point of communication. He was available at all times, answered all of our questions and was very responsive to feedback.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had a substantial increase in our Instagram followers and received lots of inquiries, as well as orders and pre-orders.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. The video was completed before the deadline.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The quality of their work is outstanding. They have experience working for top fashion publications, and that really shows. Plus communication is great.

Nothing I can think of at the moment.

What were your goals for this project?
We were looking for a high end marketing material and content creation service, and to shoot a video commercial for our business in Italy. ORBIS was an amazing find! They helped us and gave us all we were looking for, and were willing to accomodate all of our requests and also suggest new ways to target our potential clients
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We've found ORBIS Production through their Google ads, we've sent them an email and were immediately contacted by their amazing team, and we very quickly found a way to work together.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
The videos included shoots of our dentists working with patients, and also of our structure from reception to studio. Fine cuts and aerial views were included in the video, with drones which were guided by their licensed pilots. Video results were simply outstanding. We were of course expecting great quality, but the results even surpassed our expectations. Their crew is amazing and they are always making sure that everything looks as amazing as it can, they are perfectionists and won't stop working until they haven't shot just that shot they were looking for. We really felt like client satisfaction is key. The marketing material includes leaflets, photoshoot and logos and is also of outstanding quality.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
Their project management style is simply perfect. We were obsessively followed from the moment of sending them a request on their website, to the moment of delivering the video and image files... and they've even called back to make sure we were totally satisfied and didn't have any more requests!
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are actively using the marketing material they've created with success, we are noticing an increase of general interests towards our business and a general improvement in how clients are considering our social media and website presence.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Our teams integrated perfectly and also a couple of friendships were born :)
What did you find most impressive about this company?
We found their professionality, and most of all their obsessive perfectionism to be outstanding. They were also quite quick in the postproduction process.
Are there any areas for improvement?
It would be really hard to find areas for improvement in this team. All we can say is that we wish them big success on the Italian market.
