We partnered with Orafox to support our supplement brand's website conversion rate optimization and web development initiatives. The scope included building and optimizing new landing pages, implementing UX/UI enhancements to improve site performance, and ensuring smooth integration across our e-commerce platform. Orafox collaborated closely with our team on both strategy and execution to help drive improved conversion and overall site functionality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the CRO and landing page updates, our conversion rate jumped from 1.32% to 3.83%, which was a huge win for us. The site is faster, easier to navigate, and overall just performs better. We noticed people moving through the funnel more smoothly and actually completing their purchases which was a big step forward for the brand.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Orafox, Inc. could have done differently?

Honestly, we can’t think of anything they could have done differently... they were fantastic. If anything, they could probably charge more for the value they deliver!

I’m the owner and designer of WaterGemz.com, an online handmade jewelry business.

We picked Orafox Technologies, Inc to be our development partner. I tasked them with building a complicated Magento website for my retail business. 

What were your goals for this project?

We needed to build an online store to sell our 400 retail offerings. In addition, we wanted to bolster our web presence. Our primary criterion was that the website should be easy to use for both our internal staff and our customers.

Orafox Technologies, Inc built our entire new website. First, they switched me to the developer platform. They integrated a payment platform and added 400 products to our online shop with pictures of each item. Working on a tight turnaround time, they delivered the final product in eight weeks. After it was complete, they stayed onboard to provide support.

Orafox Technologies, Inc delivered a sophisticated e-commerce platform for my business. Our new website’s presence satisfies our customer base, which includes consumers from all over the world. The team still answers my questions five years later. It was a pleasure working with them.

I appreciated that Orafox Technologies, Inc always kept an open line of communication. Having an ongoing dialogue kept any problems from occurring throughout the entire process.

My only suggestion would be to have a partner in SEO management. Providing this referral would help clients take their websites to a new level of e-commerce
