We were looking to kick-start new deal flow following the pandemic and we engaged Opus to research potential clients in the hotel sector and connect us to potential business leads

They were tasked to find suitable (ie assets of E10mm+) hotel companies that might need finding, find an appropriate senior management professional there and then make the connection to us

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We appeared to get a conversion rate of high single digits on contacts made. Conversion rate = meaningful contact and introduction

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They have good systems that report progress transparently and frequently.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The analytics that monitored workflow meant that they could adapt and tweak their approach on a live basis to improve results

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

With more financial resources they could improve their research effort even more

Vow Limited is a Jersey based company. We are a regulated currency issuer, selling Vow tokens on regulated exchanges. I am one of the founders, and CFO.

We hired Opus Growth Partners to generate leads and support our token pre-sales. They have provided outbound lead generation, research, lead enrichment and appointment setting services.

Opus were hired to generate meetings with qualified investors.

What is the team composition?

We had one full time SDR, a research team, a manager, a copywriter, and a lead enrichment expert all working on the account.

How did you come to work with the vendor?

I had previously worked with Opus on another business I am involved with. I knew their work to be good quality and effective, and the team are communicative.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were able to raise millions of dollars for us, and book nearly 100 leads over the past 12 months.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

It has been good. We get detailed weekly reports, meetings as required, and updates on the data and leads being worked on a weekly basis too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understood new projects quickly, had a fast kick-off, and were able to deliver a significant number of qualified meetings - 2-3/week initially - in a short period of time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not really, they have a good process and the results are great for the price.
