When you work with anyone as often and for as long as I’ve worked with Optimum7, there are bound to be some hiccups here and there. No one is perfect, stuff happens, and every now and then something doesn’t go quite as planned. This should be your expectation working with anyone. What matters more than any hiccup is the response to them.

I run a wholesale flooring accessories business and my goal was to increase the number of leads I get through my website. To begin with, I needed a redesign and custom programming and I hired Optimum7 to manage this together. Meanwhile, new opportunities arose and I decided to set up a retail website to test the market. We kept working on a design for the new website with Optimum7 and they have been supporting it with SEO, PPC, and content marketing since then.

Stonexchange is a Florida-based company and I was looking for a web design and development agency that can also manage the digital marketing strategy for my website. Optimum7 was local to me but more importantly had experienced developers and marketers.

I had a wholesale site on Volusion and I knew that I had to pursue the right strategy to become the leading company in this competitive industry. A clean and fresh design was the first objective and the development team always kept me in the loop about what was going on with my project and took the feedback seriously. Optimum7 did a design for the new retail website on WordPress as well. We went over the design mock-ups that we prepared with another company.

Optimum7 team delivered me an excellent responsive website. They also delivered a tailor-made functionality that combines trucking companies' APIs to our website. They did an amazing job on custom programming on that. We still keep getting SEO services and content marketing services from Optimum. The marketing team sends me monthly reports just in time and addresses if there are any issues on a call with me.

Since we have been working with Optimum7 for over 10 years, I closely worked with many team members from marketing and development. For development and design projects, I worked with a project manager, front-end developer, and back-end developer. To execute the digital marketing strategy and SEO, I still working with a marketing manager. There were a few times I directly received consultancy on business strategy from Duran, the CEO of Optimum7.

At the beginning, I assumed to get 10% of the total leads through the website. In a few years, Optimum7 has exceeded my expectations and we started getting at least 30%-35% of total leads through the website. That was an amazing achievement and their help placed us at the top of the natural stone manufacturing industry.

We definitely had a smooth communication and they were always easy to reach. If we had any issues, we could reach them via Monday.com or email. They immediately fixed the issues right away.

Optimum7 is highly experienced in SEO services, and they develop fully-customized digital marketing strategies for their clients based on deep-dive analysis. They prepare detailed execution plans and set realistic expectations with transparency. This definitely puts them ahead of their competitors.

New clients might find the pricing structure confusing, but this can easily become obvious when they learn more about what their options are.
