What was the scope of their involvement?

At first, our project was to work with Google Ads, but in the end, it included SEO and the development of our website.

We work with two people.

How did you come to work with Optimized?

I had wanted to start this project for years, but I’d had very bad experiences. When I heard about Optimized, I saw in their portfolio that they had worked for a company I know. I asked them for references and they immediately said to not hesitate to work with them. Optimized is great; they haven’t disappointed us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $15,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020 and continue our collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As a business owner, I want to see results. Just by looking at the website we had before and the one they created, you can see a clear difference. They have really understood our needs and services.

They have real flexibility. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate their understanding of our business and their patience. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I would just ask them not to change anything.
