The whole Coco Messenger app's screens were created by our team, and we collaborated with OpenGeeksLab to create the program for both Android and iOS. The Coco app provides all of the features and functionalities that other top-rated messaging applications have, including group chats, group video and audio calls, document sharing, and more. The team handled the APIs, front-end and back-end, testing, and deployment once we gave them the design materials.

The client was really pleased with the result. The software operated without a hitch, and everything was up to par. One of the Fortune 500 firms presently uses the app as a tool for internal communication.

Through Zoom, the team spoke with us at least three times each week, and Trello received frequent updates. We compared testing comments via GitHub, and I was able to personally meet the development team in India. The staff was very aggressive and professional, even if the project was little delayed due to intricacy.

OpenGeeksLab developed our cross-platform app from scratch; we didn't have anything laid out already. Their team started by designing the app's UX/UI, and we outlined the requirements for each module. Their team added many modules, including a design, account, and home and game screens modules. Once the modules and design were finalized, OpenGeeksLab put together the backend and linked a database to the app. 

Users complete the simple trivia game we've created and then have access to a spinner wheel to turn to determine which prize they'll get. We then send out the prizes. Users can provide feedback on the prizes they get, which we use to develop reports. We then pass these reports back to our brand partners.

The app is now live on the Android and Apple app stores. User satisfaction is our key metric, and we haven't had any major complaints from users. OpenGeeksLab delivered a quality app. The project was very successful because their deliverables were good

I interacted daily with OpenGeeksLab project manager through Skype and email. However, their project management could've been better, but it was still managed very well. We used Zoho to track tickets; we still use it now to track bugs.

In general, our partnership with OpenGeeksLab was very pleasant. Unlike other vendors I've worked with, their team didn't transform every issue into a budget change. Instead, they just rectified the issue and made the change we requested.

The result of the project was that the product was made, which had some bugs and changes to features that needed to be made to be able to sell to the public. Some parts of the product were misinterpreted. However, they were keen to improve the system.

They performed very well by using their own knowledge to plan the amount of time needed to develop each section. This gave us great confidence that we had great and self-motivated developers involved.
