We created entirely new websites corporate-wide and each facility is connected to the main website. OnSharp developed the pages, and built our whole website with content provided by our team.

Our website has been up and running for 5+ years now. It is user friendly enough that our team members are able to make changes as needed, and OnSharp provides excellent customer service for the tasks that are out of our scope of ability.

They are very responsive. When the website was being built Izzy was our go-to person and she was amazing. Detail oriented, timely, professional yet still friendly and helpful, I never felt like I was asking "stupid" questions, although I'm sure they probably were! Now I work a lot with Temis and have had much the same experience. Very helpful, quick to respond, and excellent at following up. I've been nothing but pleased with OnSharp.

I'm sure they juggle a lot of clients and projects, but it never feels that way to me. Their response time and helpfulness make me feel we are their top priority.

The scope of work included working with me to update the organization's website. There was a website in place so there was content we wanted to include, yet I wanted to create a more concise and user-friendly experience when viewing and using the website. 
There were shared spaces that Onsharp set up where I could upload specific content, and there was open communication through the whole process. Branding guidelines were discussed as well as likes/dislikes at each step. Onsharp provided interactive sitemaps and content so I could review and edit content as needed. 

Deliverables, along with timelines, were always communicated effectively and timely. Deliverables included drafts of the website as well as solidifying a final template and such in the early stages. Training was also provided and was a key deliverable in my learning.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable outcomes from the project primarially included the overall development of the completed website. This was met based on deadlines leading up to the completion of the project and included items like retrieving content from the old website, obtaining helpful materials such as additional headshots and brocures, and choosing a desirable format for the new site. These outcomes, deliverables, and progresses were communicated during weekly meeting calls over video.

Onsharp's project managment is spectacular! It was great to have access to shared document sites to see the site map, share content, and such matters. Items were delivered on time and timelines were always easily communicated between Onsharp and myself. When I had needs for more time or edits or additional help on something, everyone from Onsharp was always understanding and able to assist as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found their communication and customer service most impressive and unique about Onsharp. They were super helpful and quick to address concerns or questions I had. The weekly calls were pivotal in the success of this project and help align the vision I had as they were working on this project. Onsharp is definitely set above the rest!

Onsharp helped us completely overhaul our website from something that looked like it was straight out of 1998 to something very sleek and modern. This also improved our visibility to other clients trying to find us on google.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had people uploading resumes to our website, then we are notified and can follow up. Before we were using sights like indeed and LinkedIn for Job postings, which cost money of course. We seem to be much more visible on google, with more interactions from our website and google my business profile.

Yes, they absolutely did. I was late on a few items, and they were able to adjust their schedule and work around our busy schedule. All of our communications were fluid whether that was via email or virtual meeting - the conversations were pointed, efficient, and effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The group had an awesome team dynamic. There were times when things didn't really need to be overexplained because everyone knew exactly what their job and purpose were in the meeting. They only asked questions when needed, and didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Onsharp could have done differently?

This is my only time working with a company like this, so had no idea what to expect. That being said, they were professional throughout and told me everything that they needed. The price was reasonable, but that is the only thing that I can think of that would need improvement. Their work ethic and communication were great. They might just maybe lower price ☺

The measurable outcomes of working with OnSharp has been a lot of time saved that we don't have to try to troubleshoot more technical website updates. For our SEO Audit the measurable outcomes have come in the jump in visitors we've had since implementing some of their changes.

One of the best reasons I like working with OnSharp is that they are very professional. They are super prompt and I usually hear responses back within minutes or hours versus days. Beyond that they go the extra step to educate me when I've asked if some of the website fixes, for example, could be within my wheelhouse.

They are very established, professional, and prompt. I've worked with a handful of other website vendors throughout my marketing years and they take the cake for being most professional.

Nothing I can think of to improve upon at the moment. The price is a little higher than other competitors, but it's a case of truly getting what you pay for. Their worth the extra cost to me.
