They wanted to build a mobile and web-based application to support My Athlete’s business model that would provide lasting memories to families in the form of images, videos, and live streaming of youth sporting events. The goal of the application was to help parents attending youth sporting events focus on their child rather than having to be occupied with taking photos and videos. Meanwhile, parents or other family members who could not attend the games would have the ability to engage in a live stream. Once youth sporting events were finished, My Athlete wanted users to have the ability to purchase high quality images and videos of their kids in action. Our Solution Onsharp and My Athlete kicked off the project by engaging in a formal discovery and architecture process. Once they had their goals set, the teams began to collaboratively craft the appropriate blueprint and set of requirements for development of the mobile application.
