They also were reasonably priced, in that whilst they were not the cheapest I interviewed, they were also not the most expensive. I knew that their fees were reasonable and I believe that it is good value for money.

Online Marketing Gurus developed a 6 month plan with us with key deliverables for each month, starting with reporting set up and a technical audit, to then the technical changes, to now link building and content optimization.

We have built key deliverables with them on how many views we want to have with our our website, as well as clearly defined criteria around what is a conversion to our website (and monitoring that conversion percentage).

There was a sales specialist at the beginning, and now I work with an accounts manager who is my primary contact. My accounts manager then has a team behind her who do each technical component of the campaign.

We have not had any SEO done before. Starting from ground zero, we have seen a visibility score increase overall in our website over 2 months of 70% just from the technical audit fixes.

There is a clear monthly scope of work that is shared with me, as well as good email communication throughout the month, and also a monthly catch up with my accounts manager. They are easy to get a hold of if needed.

Perhaps some more communication between the sales representative and my accounts manager when I first started, as all the deliverables I had worked on with them were not transitioned over as well to the accounts manager as I would have liked. But that was solved quickly in the first month or two of set up.

Our domain rating has considerably improved and more recently, we have started ranking at #1 for some of our targeted keywords entirely through organic SEO efforts.

We mostly use email to communicate but our account manager is also readily available by phone. We receive monthly reports which we discuss in more detail during our monthly video chat. We find that the OMG  quite reasonable in keeping to our deadlines.

We've always felt like we were looked after by an account manager who truly cared. They were different from other agencies who can be quite cold or removed. OMG really feels like an extension of our team and they work with us in a very supportive manner.

It would be good to see a little more innovation from the OMG side. They're very capable of implementing the ideas/suggestions we have, but it would be good to see what the professionals can come up with!

Their online dashboard was visible at any time and was useful for reporting as well as rankranger. All documents i.e. KWM and copywriting briefs are sent through Google docs which was collaborative.

They're professional, personable, easy to work with and experts in what they do. There was a lot of disruption with covid and lockdown and they were both accommodating and supportive to the challenges we were experiencing in our own business to enable our campaign to continue.

No - I believe they did everything within their control. It's unfortunate we've had to end our engagement but I would have no hesitation in recommending them or (hopefully) re-engaging them in the future.

Emails or phone calls are the most useful communication tools. OMG are very good with maintaining their communication with me.

Communication from the team to the customer is in my opinion one of the most important factors. I have used different companies previously and felt that I was just another customer and easily forgotten.

I do not feel this way with OMG. I feel that my business is important to them, and the sales we generate are equally important. It proves they are capable of doing what they advertise but also care about the customer's business results.

You cant just expect a company like OMG to do the work for you. You have to give them the tools to get yourself the best result. But, I like that they continue to ask for new information and dont just rerun the same over and over so it is stale.

It allows me to forget about that side of the business and work on the day to day things.

At this stage we are very happy with OMG and the results we are getting in the early stages of our campaign. I think you have to give these things time to achieve good results and you have to work together to achieve them.
