OMG continue to work with us both on developing our PPC and paid strategy as well as work on continuously optimising and refining our SEO. The goals have evolved over time, ranging from aggressive growth in new customers to maintenance in other areas.

OMG have been great to deal with. They communicate well and are prompt, being very customer focussed with their experience. Our work with them has evolved quite a bit but they are always up to the task. The team they have offered has changed a bit over time as our needs have moved from one area of digital to another.

We have regular meetings via Zoom / Teams and communicate via emails frequently. We also do monthly analysis of work, where changes are documented. Action items are named up and a plan is mapped out for the following month. They use Slack for communication, but I am not personally active on there.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are positive to work with and have adjusted their style to our needs. We are a more "hands on" company compared to many, this hasn't been an issue to OMG - impressively, they actively spoke about training our staff further.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially I felt that data accuracy could be improved with PPC and they could be more active with suggesting changes and improvements. That has now happened, the detail they go to with reporting is higher than before.
