We were assigned a dedicated Account Manager v.early on - before our engagement officially kicked off. They took us through expectations and timelines and helped us to understand the process a little better.

The initial few weeks are all about setting up the campaign for success. Auditing the existing account, competitor reviews, industry analysis - all to feed into our tailored strategy and new/revised campaign build which was presented a few weeks later with the specialist consultants.

From there it's been a case of on-going optimisations and reviewing opportunities for scaling the account upwards.

Our main day to day contact is via our Account Manager Michelle. We also work very closely with the specialist paid guru Will - to help refine our campaign for further success and really hone in on the specifics.

Improving in key areas of focus was impressive.

From these we outline next steps and work with the team to enhance the campaigns even more combine our own specialised knowledge of our business teamed with their knowledge of marketing.

Clear hierarchy of structure.

Dedicated account manager ensures the specialists are feed up to focus on the optimisation of the campaign without being bogged down by communication for the most effective outcome.

Without OMG's help, our sales would be crashing a good 60%. Our main source of sales is through Google Ads and when we change around the budget we can see the difference.

They can get very busy with all of their other clients and often we are the ones monitoring our own accounts but they are quick to fix issues when we point them out

My account manager is Patrick. He is knowledgeable and helpful. I have trust that he works hard every day for our business, and will find the answers to all the questions I have.

All the objectives for growth across PPC, SEO and Social Media ads have been achieved. New goals have now been set, as we do not want to stall, and we are focussed on continuing to scale.

We have constantly achieved growth in SEO ranking month by month through OMG's link building. The social ads that they have been running have also delivered progress in terms of ROI and engagement.

The workflow has been very effective despite the remote nature of our meetings due to COVID-19. OMG has been remaining proactive and available for consultations during these times.

They are easy to communicate and empathetic towards understanding our goals. They are open to trying out ideas and always remain positive in our outcomes despite some business challenges that have arisen.

Everything can be done with a more thorough approach at times, to avoid any misspells or incorrect information before the ad is running. A great improvement in terms of providing creative consultancy of trends and other successful campaigns to take inspirations from would also be appreciated.

We had a website built in old code, so OMG not only helped guide us in the right direction of building a new platform, they have been absolutely instrumental to the growth of Gift Card Store.

All I did was Google and look at reviews. I had no idea where to start or who to go to in order to find a good search company. Within 10 mins of sending OMG an email, Andrew (the CEO) called me straight away. Funnily enough after years of working with OMG, everyone uses OMG from word of mouth. Their reputation is so strong that companies now sign up with OMG based on recommendations.

We well and truly outrank all our competitors for all MAJOR search terms. We are no. 1 in SEO and PPC rankings. Last financial year we had a 93% increase YoY in revenue and over 114% traffic increase. We also won an award in 2019 for the Australian Web Awards. We also have a 4.5 star rating from customers.

We had 2 meetings week specifically dedicated to this project. Once launched we had daily check ins for the first 2 weeks, then moved to a fortnightly meeting. We still review results on a monthly and a quarterly basis. This was all communicated via a project management tool.

Their honestly, communication, and delivery — we will never move our businesses anywhere else. The team at OMG are also great people to do business with.
