We had a need to replenish our staff with several positions of web developers (full-stack, front-end, back-end) and one role of an IT support specialist. Our prior experience with self-employment has shown that this process is not cost-effective for our company. In addition, not being recruiting experts, we experienced difficulties in sourcing job seekers and selecting qualified applicants who met our requirements.

In working with OnHires’ recruiters, no such challenges arose. The recruiters worked professionally, quickly collected all the necessary information, and prepared detailed descriptions of the vacancies. Then, on their basis, the texts of job announcements were compiled, the channels for searching for candidates were identified, the recruiting funnels were worked out, etc. As a result, some candidates were selected for interviews. All the interviews were conducted at a very high level.
