OnHires organized the whole hiring process: they prepared job descriptions for 3 different marketing positions, a great company description, posted job advertisements, built an online application process and a recruiting process in general.

Then they screened job seekers who applied and conducted series of the interviews with prepared interview questions with the most relevant candidates. Recruiters also wrote reviews after each interview for my team. It was really useful and helped us to choose the future employees.
