We had a call with Yusaf the founder and he helped clarify the process we needed to take to get results online. We had saved around $15,000 to invest for a minimum 2-3 months so it was important that we could follow a proven process. His team were very thorough with their feedback on the store as we were not making full use of upsells. We implemented their suggestions, then they started running ads based on our key product ranges. We got a few sales in our first week, then we got to a point where we’re making 8-10 new orders a day which was greatly profitable. In January we decided to rebrand our store so paused until we can relaunch.

They started with a thorough audit of our landing page and keyword research document that showed the average cost per click we would be estimating. After a few days, we saw mixed results as expected. However the longer we ran the ads, the more consistent things got.

They continuously worked on refining our campaigns and we got a very qualified lead in our first month that we closed for a good $ and since then we have been getting a consistent flow of new leads, and sales a month.

I feel it was the consistency of the leads we were getting over the past year was most impressive.

I tried previous agencies and there was a usual plateau followed by decline in performance but with One Umbrella they were constantly tweaking and suggesting improvements for our funnel which lead to us being able to adapt to the market and stay ahead of the competition.

They were great. I felt they were overly critical of my site at first but when we followed their suggestions the results were there to be seen.

We had a consultation call and they diagnosed exactly the steps we needed to take to test our products online then to be able to determine which products would respond better. We provided all our assets to them via google drive so they were able to edit our ads once we got going we saw results within a month and have been working with them since. We ran into a few issue with our ad account as it was pretty new, but they found ways to liaise with Facebook’s team directly to get things sorted which was extremely helpful.

They started with a thorough audit of the ad campaigns and our tracking, they gave me a report to tweak the funnel which helped boost the conversion rate, and in turn, made it easier for us to scale later on. Then with the ad creative they gave me a suggestions document to call out the audience depending on which stage they were in the funnel, it worked really well and the remarketing did double the sales than when we had run them on our own previously.

Well, after the first two weeks of optimisations, I noticed a big drop in the cost per conversion especially after the remarketing funnel was set up by them. Not only that but they doubled my sales revenue in comparison to the previous agency who let me down. I was thoroughly impressed.

Then on a follow-up call, he provided a clear strategy on how they would use social media marketing to grow our brand across the UK. After filling our onboarding document we had an onboarding call and were introduced to our main project manager.

I felt like they really cared about giving me the best service and when it came to the ads they set up, they followed our branding and messaging perfectly. We were able to see a noticeable improvement in our orders, and from our tracking had a 40% jump in order volume from when we didn’t run ads.

I took on one too many projects at one point and had to scramble and work long hours to meet my commitments to my clients. I now know that I can slow it down or pick things up at my choosing.

After reviewing the copy we launched with a testing budget of $2,000 for the first few weeks. We saw orders come through but only after the first month, we really started to see consistency and with their team constantly tweaking our campaigns we exceeded our target of 3x return on ad spend in two months. Since then we’ve managed to keep a consistent ROAS which averages at 6.3 in the last 6 months.
