This project has largely been research, development and exploration in the field of NLP, with an aim to build a scalable product cum platform that would unleash the power of modern day AI (NLP niche), and bring that to the masses! This has been couple of years in the making, and continues to grow in terms of performance and hence prominence. With regards to the development cycle (key steps and deliverables), this project can largely be divided into following different stages (all of which can be broken down further, continues to remain inter-dependent, and hence in no particular order):

At any given time, we’re supported by a total of 2-5 members from the vendor team which possess necessary Front-end and Back-end skills. As and when required, we are also availed with UI/UX designers on-demand.

As far as this project is concerned, walking with us in our journey from a nascent stage NLP exploration to bringing it alive into a functional usable product (video translation mobile app) is itself a testament of ultimate progress!

Quite effective! Through-out our functioning in different timezones, Om Infowave team has remained in sync with us virtually by medium of mass communication (video and audio calls, etc). We began our association right around the time Covid-19 struck, and have now pioneered the concept of Remote / WFH culture sailing through these challenging times.

There’re a bunch of unique traits of this company which we found to be quite impressive:

1. Om Infowave has remained truly committed and fully focused to their client’s objectives. The team members have impeccable work ethics and desire to walk the extra mile to fulfill, and at times deliver beyond client expectations.
2. All the members actively involved on the project are highly accessible, which accounts for high productivity even while operating fully remotely!
3. Team is mostly adept on most modern tech-stack, and developers are usually up-to-date with latest advancements in and surrounding their core competencies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Om Infowave has been a growing IT consultancy firm which has delivered some promising projects in the past! As it continues to progress further, we would like them to see venturing into more research oriented projects in the fields of latest technological advancements (AI/ML, AR/VR, Blockchain, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, etc). This would help develop novel technical know-how that could potentially serve clients in many more ways, helping them stay at the forefront of whatever that is they’re aiming to achieve!
