I’m the CMO of a sleep masks and accessories company. We design innovative sleep masks and accessories, including an award-winning product, to help light sleepers achieve deeper, more restful sleep.

What challenge were you trying to address with OMG Commerce?

We needed help scaling our Google media spend in line with our aggressive scaling goals.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OMG Commerce worked on improving our account health and setup. The team also worked on improving media spend tracking in key sale periods and scaling top-of-funnel spend across PMax and YouTube. OMG Commerce handled campaign creation, ad copy, and reporting.

We saw 30%+ growth in revenue year-over-year (YoY) for each year we worked with OMG Commerce. Our MER stayed the same.

Most agencies are a waste of money to be honest but these guys have truly proved their worth to me. I plan on using them wherever I can see it being a good fit for the business.

Several of our products have seen major category movement with improved sales. Despite an onslaught of new competitors we have held our ground with our more mature products.

They are always highly responsive and quick to address our concerns. Once while trying to get on top of a particularly challenging event I found my ad specialist working after hours on our challenge. That was impressive!
