We initially partnered with OMG in an advisory capacity, where they provided strategic guidance and recommendations for our accounts. Their role focused on high-level strategy and optimization insights, while our internal team executed and implemented all account changes. After a few months in that advisory structure, we transitioned to a full-service partnership with OMG. We now have a dedicated team supporting the accounts, providing both strategic direction and hands-on execution. As our ad spend began trending toward inefficiency, OMG stepped in to help stabilize and improve performance. They also helped refine our Google Merchant Center feed and Shopping campaigns, recommending specialized apps to enhance feed quality and drive better results.

Previously, everything was managed entirely in-house. By transitioning to a full-service partnership, we not only regained control and efficiency in our ad accounts, but also freed up internal time to focus on other key company priorities. As a result, we are now in a much stronger position to strategically scale spend during peak seasons while pulling back and protecting efficiency during slower periods, allowing us to maximize return throughout the year.

When tracking and attribution errors were found, they went beyond their obligations to resolve them, bringing in more and more senior experts until the cause was identified and fixed. For a relatively small client, this was great service. They have been very responsive to all queries and requests, and continue to be transparent with results and expectations.

I’m the CEO and one of the founders of Coat Care, a company that sells animal coat care and human skincare products.

First, we provided OMG Commerce with access to our social media accounts and explained how and where we were spending our advertising money, and they did a thorough review of our digital efforts. Then, they provided us with advice on how our website could improve its conversion rate. 

OMG Commerce has also done a lot of other things outside of their scope for us, providing us with their expertise in various areas. For example, they’ve introduced us to video production companies and helped us with our Facebook Ads.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

OMG Commerce’s advice has worked well. The biggest metric that we’ve achieved with these efforts has been reducing our dependence on Facebook. Before working with OMG Commerce, 90% of our new business revenue came from people who already knew our brand name from Facebook and typed it on Google, and only 10% of it came from people finding us on Google using search terms. Now, those metrics are 50-50, which means that 50% of our new business revenue comes from generic online searches.

OMG Commerce’s performance has been great; their project management is stellar. After every meeting, we get an email outlining what they agreed to do and by when. We communicate via email and have twice-monthly meetings. Recently, we started communicating via Slack.

The value that OMG Commerce brings to the table is impressive. Their deliverables have exceeded our expectations, yet they still provide us with their expertise in areas outside their scope.

As a retail (brick-and-mortar) focused business we needed help with managing our brand messaging, targeting, and economics on Amazon. We believed that our potential on that platform was not being tapped to a satisfactory degree with our prior marketing partners.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We spoke to a number of firms of varying size which identified Amazon brand management as their core competency. OMG was identified for us by a very satisfied client with a highly demanding and best-in-class marketing team.

Given that the high praise for OMG came from a brand and team that we admire, we were optimistic about speaking with them. After the conversation, it was immediately obvious that OMG was the natural choice for our business. Their most admirable traits are complete transparency, unquestionable integrity, incredible tenacity, and the ability to be scrappy.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have thus far been very pleased with the results that OMG has delivered and are cautiously optimistic that under their leadership we will see high double digit year-over-year growth in our business. The most important part of what OMG has delivered is that the growth has come in at a reduced cost since their ongoing optimization of our advertising has substantially improved the productivity of our ad dollars.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Entirely satisfactory. Update calls are held every other week, with emails and reports keeping everyone up to do date in the meanwhile

For us, a key factor was that we needed a partner and not just a vendor. OMG has played that role well thus far. When issues come up or when opportunities present themselves, the OMG team takes them on with a sense of ownership the same way that our internal team would. This to be is their greatest strenght.

Integration of greater AI capability over time and expansion of service offering to include financial/payment management with Amazon.

I’m the owner of a gift accessories company based in Los Angeles, California. We primarily sell greeting cards and paper-based products, and we’ve been around for almost two and a half years now.

We have partners for many different things in our business from email marketing to other ad platforms, and the challenge we were trying to address was finding a good Google Ads partner. That’s why I started doing some research and found OMG Commerce.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Right now, we’re on a climb with OMG, doing recurring plans to manage our entire Google Ads platform. They’re handling everything such as Google Search, Google Shopping, and branded search. They’re also running YouTube ads for us as well.

We’ve seen a lot of positive effects on our business and made a lot of money since we started working with them. We have a Slack channel with them, and they’re very good about keeping everything communicated. If anything falls through, it’s probably because I didn’t see it on my own.

Right now, the biggest difference between OMG Commerce and the previous agency we worked with, is the communication. The communication is really good and I feel like they really know what they’re doing. We communicate multiple times a week and it’s really been easy to see where our dollars are going. In addition, they’re also really good at Google Ads. I would say that they’re better than many people in this space.

My advice would be to make sure you do what is asked of you, whether they ask you for access or set up something. I haven’t really done much because they’ve made it really easy for me.

I handle all paid media for our D2C e-commerce brand, AutoBrush. Pre OMG that included facebook/ig, Google, Bing, yahoo Gemini, snapchat, tiptoe and other PPC opportunities.

After our 2020 holiday performance was not where we needed it to be & with AutoBrush being a start up, we unfortunately had to let some people go and it was extremely hard decisions. When that happened, it meant I would be now responsible for all those paid channels by myself. We knew there was no way I could handle both fb & Google without stretching myself too thin.

We began looking at other options to take on Google, first we looked for a person who's whole pitch was Google and lived and breathed by it. Then we came across OMG and after our first intro call, I stayed on the call with their media buyer just talking shop and I felt like that set the groundwork for a really open relationship. We didn't want to find someone to treat us as a client, we wanted a partner.

How did you select OMG Commerce, LLC and what were the deciding factors?

OMG came in and did a ton of research on our ad account and where there could be optimizations before we even started talking about working together. Also, their no fear of being completely transparent and just calling the shots for what they are help get past any initial awkwardness of walking that line of trying to make your numbers look good by just looking at them through one spectrum.

After our kick off call and we onboarded them to our Google platform they completely took control. The first thing they did was clean up the account, apply naming conventions and organized it so we didn't have any campaigns duplicated by accident. After they handled that, we worked together on coming up with a TOF YouTube strategy as a cheap way to get customers into our funnels. This is a project we are still working on and results will take time but Mary Kay and Craig were willing to keep on doing every other week calls even though our contract stated at that point they would be monthly.

We have 2 main points of contact- Mary Kay Bennett, our AM, & Craig Graham, the head media buyer. It doesn't stop with them though, we have an integrated slack channel with Chelsea Cardoza, our feed specialist. This really makes us feel like partners with OMG and not just a client.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We set a goal of overall 3.50 ROAs from a combination of TOF & our standard MOF & BOF search, display and shopping campaigns. What we didn't know at the time was our conversion tracker was actually over-reporting so our historical data was actually inflated. OMG is still hitting our inflated goal of 3.50 ROAs.

Mary Kay is my favorite AM ever! Every meeting she sends a complete recap so when our CEO can't make the call, he feels he is getting just as much out of it. They send them with 20 minutes of our meeting ending. If we have a question on slack,, somebody from the team is getting back to us right away. I feel like Mary Kay, Craig & the rest of the OMG team I can say are truly friends, not just work associates.

Their ability to show they are willing to take direction if needed or lead the conversation. Most companies can only do 1 but OMG understands when they need to help lead the conversation & when they need to just hear what our overall landscape is looking like and how we can maximize results knowing those details.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The OMG Commerce team manages our Google advertising account, so when people are searching for different kinds of car covers or protective covers that we offer, our company shows up. At the same time, they also ensure we’re converting profitably from that.

During the research and discovery phase, we provided the team with access to our accounts. They also conducted a full audit and after that, they made recommendations on what we could do. We followed their recommendations and implemented them. 

Currently, we provide all creative collaterals such as images and videos to help the team in developing advertisements. They publish everything and ensure that we’re getting the correct audiences on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.

We have two account managers. We also have other people working on specific parts of our project, including one person who works on our Facebook, two people who work on our Google ads, and product specialists.

We started working together in May 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

OMG Commerce has been able to hit our core metrics and because of that, we’ve received profitable returns. They’ve been able to scale up our advertisements to get our desired reach.

We’ve been using them for several years now and we’re pleased that they’re managing our ads properly. Most importantly, they’ve always hit our goals.

They have their own internal dashboard and from that, they provide us with monthly reporting. We usually discuss the reporting through calls. Then, if we have new projects that we need them to tackle, we reach out to their team lead and go over our specific needs.

The best thing is that OMG Commerce does what they say they’re going to do and that’s hard to find these days.

I haven’t had anything that I’ve been unhappy with. Honestly, I can’t think of anything they can improve.

Contact multiple agencies and ensure that they’re right for you. That way, you’ll have multiple bids to get the best deal for your company. 

With OMG, they primarily focus on e-commerce and they’re more for established companies.
