For our crowdfunding platform, Ogun Labs cleaned up technical debt by stripping out old code related to a deprecated product, updated Laravel, and implemented security measures during a time of increased bot activity. They are also in the process of a front-end update to meet accessibility standards. For Film Forward, they are designing and launching a SaaS platform from scratch, starting with the design and deployment of the landing page for the product. Their ongoing work is to build the back end CMS and then the client and user facing applications.

Our objective was to establish an automated payment acceptance system and streamline the matching of incoming customers with our users. This allowed customers to independently choose their preferred candidates. To achieve this goal, the Ogun Labs team studied our manual matchmaking process and made the necessary improvements.

The project aimed to establish an automated payment acceptance system and improve the matchmaking process to enhance customer experience. As a result of the implementation of these improvements, the measurable outcomes include increased customer satisfaction and engagement.

Additionally, there has been a reduction in the time required to match customers with suitable candidates, resulting in a significant improvement in efficiency. The implementation of these improvements has led to increased revenue generation for the company, demonstrating clear progress and success.
