Steve handled my entire project beginning to end. He and his crew were on top of everything. I was the slowest part of the entire project. When I would finally get back to them with the changes I needed or the photographs I wanted, typically it was ready for my approval or additional changes the next day. 

The entire project took about a month and they often had to wait for me. I never had to wait for them. I'm extremely happy with the quality of their work. I love the completed website and highly recommend Steve Johnson and OgreLogic Solutions LLC if you are looking to have a website designed from scratch or updated and modernized. I had put this project off for years because I was afraid of the hassle and aggravation. Steve made it very easy for me and it was really quick!

• Steve had a URL set up where I could go onto the actual website while it was under construction and check things out. This system made it very easy to give approval of ask for additional changes.

Steve Johnson always delivered on time or ahead of schedule. I never had to wait for them, but they often had to wait for me. I also have to say that Steve was very patient with me.

Standard website development. First draft was done in just a couple of weeks. We had maybe 2-3 revisions before pushing to production. The site was up in just 4-5 weeks.

Offer a little more creativity and take a little more time understanding the desired outcome, but only subtle improvements.

I work for a small holistic skincare company and I am one of the managers. We have a e-commerce store where we sell products online and we also have two spa locations.

We originally had 1 website which had our spa services and scheduling on it as well as our e-commerce store. We wanted to promote our spa separately but that was hard to do with a conjoined website. This is why we decided to work with Steve and OgreLogic Solutions so they could build us a brand new custom-coded website for just our spa.

Steve sent me examples of spa websites they have done in the past and I thought they looked beautiful and I also thought they seemed passionate about their work and their pricing was very reasonable.

OgreLogic Solutions had to copy everything from our first website to transfer onto the second website and give it a much fresher modern look. Once the information was transferred we realized this project was much larger than we expected because we had so many pages and applications to install like our scheduling app.

They created tons of pages for us and worked tirelessly to make sure it was done perfectly for us. They created multiple service pages, integrated our scheduling interface for 2 spa locations, imported many videos and articles and custom coded the whole website. After the website is finished they will also help us with google analytics for the site, getting the domain set up, and setting up the proper SEO.

I worked very closely with Steve and he worked so hard to make sure our vision came to life with the OgreLogic Solutions team. He communicated greatly through email, phone, and text. He explained everything very well to us if something was not possible but always tried his very best to make anything possible!

We have not officially launched the website yet but it looks gorgeous and we are very excited to see how well it works for us!

Steve and the team followed directions incredibly well whenever we needed to make changes and we had to make tons of changes which was not their fault at all. They were very patient and understanding and even though the project was much more difficult than expected they still worked very quickly to change it how we needed. We communicated mostly through email but Steve was also very communicative through phone and spent a LOT of time with us on both email and phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I thought was most unique was Steve's passion for trying to do whatever we needed and I could tell how hard they were working to make our vision come to life. They did not give up until we were happy and I greatly appreciated their effort because I know it was a difficult project. They were very professional had amazing communication and patience and always kept us in the loop!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

OgreLogic Solutions was an awesome company! But I think the OgreLogic Solutions could possibly work on their design and typography skills to make sure they are not overusing elements and making websites too busy with outdated type skills. They also did not notice some details I thought that would have noticed but they may not have an actual graphic designer on the team which could be why. In the end it is ok but they quickly changed anything we were not happy about and were able to listen to exactly what we wanted and make it happen.

OgreLogic Solutions then designed and built the site from scratch. I had an existing website with a different host, and they used my old site’s copy. The development took 2.5–3 weeks to complete, and they were available throughout that period. 

The site was mainly informative about my company and me, but it also included an interactive planning tool. It also had pop-up PDFs and other resources that users could scroll through.

They stay on budget and commit to meeting deadlines and solving our issues as soon as possible. Regarding communication tools, we use phone calls, email, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personable approach is outstanding; they care about what we want and listen to what we have to say. Overall, working with them is a wonderful experience, and I recommend them to everybody.

Time zones might be an issue, but they work that out to make it easier for us.

If you don’t understand what they say during your conversations, you can ask them to slow down — they don’t have an issue or take offense.

We have not launched officialy to date as we are finishing up other work currentlly. However, we can't wait to launch and are very confident in the final result!

The final site is better than we could have expected and for the price, it could not be beat! We were very happy with the results.

It may make the work flow go more smoothly if we continued to use one document for the edits and feedback. With this said, I was impressed how the team was able to keep all up to date!

Steve reached out to me via email. The sample work by OgreLogic was very impressive. Steve was very pleasant to work with and provided me with option as to why I should choose OgreLogic.

OgreLogic was very responsive to questions, concerns and changes regarding the website. Time to complete the project was exceptional, as seen by how much work was accomplished in a short period of time.

Hi hired OgreLogic to create a custom WordPress theme for my online portfolio. This is the primary way I win new business. It is important that my site looks and functions great.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They responded to an RFP I put out on a few websites.

We had an initial kick off meeting where George from OgreLogic reviewed their list of capabilities as well as the benefits and pitfalls for different approaches. The decided deliverables was a Figma file I provided with full website design and interaction/detail notes.

The team immediately got started and in a few days produced the first pass at the website. Their attention to detail and how well they followed the instructions were very impressive. George gave me daily updates of progress along with communicating anything he needed me to provide.

I had a single point of contact for all of my services. George from OgreLogic was my IT Consultant.

The website just launched so I dont have specific metrics. However, upon testing on multiple device formats, everything flowed beautifully and was very responsive.

I'm an owner of a tiny consulting company. The core activity is to advice people with health issues solutions based on natural ingredients. To do this I use a mobile app or personal consultancy.

We hired Ogrelogic Solutions for development a web based solution for our existing mobile app. This request we got from our users and seemed to be reasonable to have this in our hand as well and operate it besides the mobile app.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online and found Ogrelogic Solutions. I was contacted by their sales person. After a few calls and emails where I shared the specification for the EOTG Web project, we made a contract . The main deciding factors were the reputation of the company, which seemed to be OK and also the price they gave me for the project.

Scope of work was to develop a HTML based website - User panel and PHP Backend. The main features of the User panel are the following: Sign-up, search between medical Conditions, Symptoms, Body systems and get advices how and which essential oils, blends and dietary supplements the user should use for treatment.

Also there is a possibility to search between categories, as Oils, Blends and Supplements. The website should work in 4 pre-defined languages (the English is the core language) with separate Excel database for each. Also there should be implemented a translation API in order to get machine translated results in many languages. The website should be available in annual subscription scheme. There are used Excel databases.

There should be a referral system implemented also in order to allow for users to get free subscription for the next period after the paid first one. The main function of the Backend are: LogIn of Admin, Database entries, search for users, block/unblock of user, statistics.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There was no relevant result achieved: The User panel was delivered unable to handle database, unable to handle language environment - basically just a primitive website with not working links etc. Have to say the Ogrelogic Solutions was not able to define the IA of website. The Admin part was totally different as I requested in the specification and as totally useless.

Timeline was not met - after months of passivity (October to January) they tried to catch up the project, however without success. The price we agreed in the contract was lifted by 60%. I paid 2 prepayments via PayPal and they asked me even more prepayments, however they did not deliver any significant achievement. Communication was bad: the business analyst disappeared, I was communicating with the CEO mainly and CTO.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive is: asking for money without delivering, not fulfilling promises by the CEO mainly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think such companies don't have the relevance to exist: I lost $2,000 and no usable, relevant or significant was delivered.
