I'm an owner of a tiny consulting company. The core activity is to advice people with health issues solutions based on natural ingredients. To do this I use a mobile app or personal consultancy.

We hired Ogrelogic Solutions for development a web based solution for our existing mobile app. This request we got from our users and seemed to be reasonable to have this in our hand as well and operate it besides the mobile app.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I searched online and found Ogrelogic Solutions. I was contacted by their sales person. After a few calls and emails where I shared the specification for the EOTG Web project, we made a contract . The main deciding factors were the reputation of the company, which seemed to be OK and also the price they gave me for the project.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Scope of work was to develop a HTML based website - User panel and PHP Backend. The main features of the User panel are the following: Sign-up, search between medical Conditions, Symptoms, Body systems and get advices how and which essential oils, blends and dietary supplements the user should use for treatment.

Also there is a possibility to search between categories, as Oils, Blends and Supplements. The website should work in 4 pre-defined languages (the English is the core language) with separate Excel database for each. Also there should be implemented a translation API in order to get machine translated results in many languages. The website should be available in annual subscription scheme. There are used Excel databases.

There should be a referral system implemented also in order to allow for users to get free subscription for the next period after the paid first one. The main function of the Backend are: LogIn of Admin, Database entries, search for users, block/unblock of user, statistics.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There was no relevant result achieved: The User panel was delivered unable to handle database, unable to handle language environment - basically just a primitive website with not working links etc. Have to say the Ogrelogic Solutions was not able to define the IA of website. The Admin part was totally different as I requested in the specification and as totally useless.

Timeline was not met - after months of passivity (October to January) they tried to catch up the project, however without success. The price we agreed in the contract was lifted by 60%. I paid 2 prepayments via PayPal and they asked me even more prepayments, however they did not deliver any significant achievement. Communication was bad: the business analyst disappeared, I was communicating with the CEO mainly and CTO.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive is: asking for money without delivering, not fulfilling promises by the CEO mainly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think such companies don't have the relevance to exist: I lost $2,000 and no usable, relevant or significant was delivered.

Our potential clients are hospitals and healthcare centers in the US, which enabled us to expand our reach to the masses. Our main aim is to provide health services in the form of dietary products, exercising equipment, and providing consultations to those seeking from expert health care professionals. We have contributed to a great extent in eradicating several health ailments with our unique products. I am the Marketing Head at the Organization.

Despite having a stronghold on the market, we struggled hard to gain traffic online. We wished to spread awareness about our products and services to potential customers across the US through our online portal but failed due to poor rankings on the popular search engines. Ogrelogic’s SEO services gave us a good knack about how to go about making improvements in the challenges we were facing.

How did you select this vendor?

We came across Ogrelogic through a Facebook post that they had posted about how they operate their business in the industry. The staff contacted us and fixed a meeting to help us understand how they function in the industry.

The very first meeting with the Digital Marketing team at Ogrelogic was beyond our expectations. The concerned staff not just listened to our problem keenly but claimed to work out a smart plan for our poor online visibility. Initially, we worked on 50 keywords for our products and services. After approximately 2 months 40 out of 50 keywords started reflecting on the first page of the search engine, which was impressive. They worked on adding more keywords later that gave us a sound brand image on the popular search engines.

What was the team composition?

Around 12 SEO experts along with a Project Manager were involved in our project. Although there was a constant fear of whether we consulted the right brand, Ogrelogic left no tables turned to give our brand a strong head start online and attended to our minutest concerns with full commitment.

Obviously, success is important for us provided it is gained through a proper channel. In the case of our association with Ogrelogic, it was strictly professional, which means they surpassed our expectations to way beyond. Availing SEO services from them also helped us learn a lot about how efficient branding and marketing strategies can help companies gain potential customers online, which we were missing out on until all this while.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Although the initial proceeding related to our project’s status was slow, the project management part never suffered. There was constant communication between the project manager and me regarding their processes for a transparent picture at all times. They also worked on the timelines to deliver the project on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about the company is that they never give up and always work out ways to overcome challenges come what may. The staff is professional and extremely cordial.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is not much scope for any improvement as they are committed to their work and deliver just what they promise. The staff understand their clients very well and know their job well.

Ogerlogic designed a website that is user friendly for me. I wanted to be able to update my inventory myself and be able to do it in a reasonable length of time. I also received a video that will help and teach me how to make changes and updates. Everything was designed with the pictures and data I gave Ogerlogic . After a few changes, better ideas and suggestions Ogerlogic was finished. 

Give and take with ideas were fun and productive with Steve at Ogerlogic and after a week, my site was done. I'm very happy.
