Our company decided to automate the processes inside the company and also automate the process of interaction with our Clients. For this purpose it was decided to develop an ERP system. Since our company is engaged in marketing and has no experience in web systems development, it was decided to hire 2 developers from OGDSolutions on an outstaff basis. One frontend developer and one backend developer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before the start of the project the development team made an estimate of the project, it was 6 months and finally the project was completed on time. In March of this year we started using our ERP system and it allowed us to speed up many processes significantly, thus reducing costs. Plus, since the system interacts with our clients, we have received a lot of positive feedback from them, how much more convenient it has become for clients to track our work. We plan that this will also have a positive impact on customer retention and the company's profits.

Additionally, the developer has shown proactivity by contributing interesting and valuable suggestions.

I would like to note a few things that we met for the first time in the outstaff company.
