Yes, we expanded our expertise and managed to involve new customers whilst the OGD devs trained our staff on providing more value in that as well.

The project management was done on our side. can’t comment on this.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We like how fast they react to our request regarding qualified personnel without any issues.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As a businessman, I’d obviously like to get the service cheaper but their price and quality are on the same level so no, there’s nothing to improve. The developers are good, their managers are friendly and responsive. We will be cooperating with OGD in the following years, so maybe I’ll update my review later on.

Delivered a functional transaction tracking system for our bespoke royalty system as well as a unique reward promotion system.

We had standups and communicated by Slack. The project was unstructured though with mutual responsibility for that. Starting again, we are sure that would be different.

Despite being based in Ukraine, they persisted valiantly during the war situation. They are dedicated.

Helped us with project management more and contested unclear specifications. We co-own that though.
