The team started with semantic core collection and competitor analysis, then used that to define the site structure - category hierarchy, URL formation and so on. Their technical input covered both phases: recommendations before launch on indexation, and site speed, etc, and fixes once the site went live and real issues could be identified. They also recommended which EEAT elements needed to be built into the site, and provided detailed content briefs for copywriters covering target keywords and on-page requirements for needed service pages.
