We began with a meeting to discuss our brand, customer base, and the aspects we wanted to focus on to increase ranking, and why. We identified 50 core keywords to rank for on Google and Google Maps. After the keyword research, our team performed competitor analysis, technical optimization, and OnPage optimization. Link building is a significant stage of our project, and I am impressed with the team's approach to this phase.

We reviewed our progress with Oksana (Co-founder of Octopus Agency) every month. She was very thorough and patient, explaining the progress, strategies, and suggesting additional actions we could take to make our website rank higher.

Octopus Agency performed audits on all three of our existing websites to make sure that all content was accounted for, and created an in-depth migration map for us.

As we determined what content would be carried over and what new content needed to be created, Octopus Agency performed keyword research for every page to help us optimize all the new web pages before launch. They also helped us with organizing all of our redirects after migration and performed a post-launch audit to help us clean up our pages and improve our page rankings.

We had a truly seamless brand launch, thanks in large part to the Octopus Agency team. They were with us every step of the way to make sure our content was optimized, that our redirects were in place, and that nothing got left behind.

We have only had the new site live for about two months but are already seeing excellent traffic - much higher than I would have anticipated for a site migration or new website, and I have no doubt that it's because of Octopus Agency guidance.

Octopus Agency is very organized and very communicative. Every call we had was followed by an email with relevant action items, and their team was very timely on all deliverables. I didn't see any detail slip through the cracks with them! Any bottlenecks that did occur were on our side, not theirs.

The team is incredibly knowledgeable, and they are professional but also fun and personable. I enjoyed all of our meetings with the Octopus Agency team.

At first, we talked to them about our business and told them about the peculiarities of our field and our goals in digital. After that, the Octopus team formed an SEO strategy for our website, described the KPI, formed a roadmap for the project, planned the tasks, and started the work.

Initially, they started with Technical SEO for our website. From our initial meeting, they introduced us to an entire world of SEO that they could help us with to enhance not only our overall web presence but all the details of our campaigns too. When our devs did with all the technical issues Octopus Agency started on-page optimization for local web pages and link building.

Simultaneously with the technical optimization, work on local SEO was started.

Since we didn't have much of an SEO strategy before, they focused on that. Our key metrics increased. More importantly, we implemented a lot of new tactics and test scenarios, which will boost our company’s future prospects.

As a result, we've seen a 96% increase in organic results from this time last year. According to a large number of brick-and-mortar locations, we are ranked in the TOP5 Google and it's an awesome result.

We had regular weekly online meetings after each sprint, plus they were always readily available to answer our questions. They’ve been really good to work with and are consistent. Our project manager is always available for questions; I’ve never had an issue getting ahold of him or anyone else there.

They’re good at outlining our team’s responsibility versus their team’s responsibility. I haven’t had any issues overall; they’ve been excellent. We use Google Docs to collaborate and have a dedicated folder for the project. We used Worksection as the project management tool and Slack, Google Meet, and email for daily communication.

The team has met deadlines and stayed with the budget.
