To take over and stabilize the existing codebase, guiding it toward a stronger technical foundation.
To resolve the platform's performance bottlenecks and limited scalability.

-Stabilized and restructured the platform, resolving core technical issues from the previous system.
-Improved app performance, including uptime, loading speed, and overall responsiveness.
-Refined user experience with more consistent and reliable user flows.
-Introduced new features and improvements that strengthened MyID’s position as a global-ready, user-friendly product.

I'm the executive director of Twinlite, a vertically integrated real estate company in Ireland that designs, builds, and operates real estate assets.

We needed help with the redesign of our full-stack property management system application.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NUS Technology has implemented several major new features, overhauled the backend, and written new integrated mobile applications for iOS and Android.

We started working together in February 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new features are operational, and we’ve reduced our CX hours by approximately 10%. System performance has improved a lot, and our development costs have also decreased by 30% owing to the good value NUS Technology provides.

They’ve delivered on time. Our primary forms of communication are virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

 We needed help with the complete design and build of our platform.

 NUS Technology has designed and developed our network infrastructure, database, UI/UX, and web and mobile apps. All aspects have been completely custom for our needs.

 We’ve worked with 10–15 teammates from NUS Technology.

How did you come to work with NUS Technology?

 We did an extensive search and trialed many companies. We loved the work ethic of NUS Technology. They had a great vibe and were the best at collaborating.

 We started working together in September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

 NUS Technology has successfully delivered a rapid MVP prototype in three months.

 NUS Technology has delivered on time with open collaboration. We communicate via video meetings and a Slack room.
