-Stabilized and restructured the platform, resolving core technical issues from the previous system.

I’m the CTO of Wildimaps.com, a digital marketplace.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire NUS Technology to accomplish for Wildimaps.com?

We needed help with providing technical guidance and assistance for staging and production environments.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We asked NUS Technology to help us with Stripe payment system and accounts payable solutions. They also helped us with the entire customer onboarding process through the mobile app and website. NUS Technology provided assistance with push notifications for our mobile app as well.
The backend required multiple changes. NUS Technology improved my delivery system for code to all the environments by setting up GitHub workflows and actions. They delivered all the code and documentation on how the system performed.

We worked together from November 2024–November 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I had full access to the codebase and am tech-savvy. NUS Technology provided checkpoints by communication on deadlines we agreed to that were always met. During the checkpoints, I tested the features, and we made adjustments. Multiple times, they suggested a better way to implement things, and I took their recommendations.
We tracked onboarding speed, payment processing reliability, and deployment efficiency. We saw a 100% increase in onboarding speed and automated payment systems. Deployment times decreased by 300% due to the automation they enacted.

How did NUS Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

NUS Technology was always on time and had excellent communication. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their ability to take an unknown codebase and figure out how it worked was impressive. They were then able to suggest implementations with 100% accuracy on the time it would take to implement. This was truly impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. I couldn’t be happier.

The new features are operational, and we’ve reduced our CX hours by approximately 10%. System performance has improved a lot, and our development costs have also decreased by 30% owing to the good value NUS Technology provides.

 We did an extensive search and trialed many companies. We loved the work ethic of NUS Technology. They had a great vibe and were the best at collaborating.

 We started working together in September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.
