To transform an existing, underperforming system into a reliable, scalable, and user-friendly platform. To strengthen and expand MyID's offering so it could serve individuals globally.
To take over and stabilize the existing codebase, guiding it toward a stronger technical foundation.
To resolve the platform's performance bottlenecks and limited scalability.

-Stabilized and restructured the platform, resolving core technical issues from the previous system.
-Improved app performance, including uptime, loading speed, and overall responsiveness.
-Refined user experience with more consistent and reliable user flows.
-Introduced new features and improvements that strengthened MyID’s position as a global-ready, user-friendly product.

They are great and always hit the deadlines we set for them. They are easy to get a hold of through chat or email.

They are just a great company to work with. We have had a relationship with them for years now and have always been happy with their work. Every person we have worked with their has been great and very easy to work with.

I don't think so.

 I’m the co-founder of Propmap, a workforce management platform that streamlines job allocation, real-time tracking, and communication for field workers, dispatchers, and office staff. We boost productivity and efficiency through paperless workflows and actionable insights.

What challenge were you trying to address with NUS Technology?

 We needed help with the complete design and build of our platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

 NUS Technology has designed and developed our network infrastructure, database, UI/UX, and web and mobile apps. All aspects have been completely custom for our needs.

What is the team composition?

 We’ve worked with 10–15 teammates from NUS Technology.

How did you come to work with NUS Technology?

 We did an extensive search and trialed many companies. We loved the work ethic of NUS Technology. They had a great vibe and were the best at collaborating.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working together in September 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

 NUS Technology has successfully delivered a rapid MVP prototype in three months.

 NUS Technology has delivered on time with open collaboration. We communicate via video meetings and a Slack room.

 NUS Technology is flexible and open to feedback.

 Their cost estimation has always been low, but we understand that projects evolve.
