Answering on behalf of the Champions Hockey League which is a professional paneuropean ice hockey league.

• Reduce infrastructure and hosting costs on our live CHL platform without rebuilding it.
• Improve platform performance and reliability during peak matchday traffic, when fan attention and concurrent load are highest.
• Keep the real-time live-data pipeline delivering scores, ticker, and statistics at low latency throughout the season.
• Evolve the product continuously across web, iOS, Android, and admin without expanding our in-house engineering team.
• Keep infrastructure costs proportionate to value as the platform scales across seasons.
• Overall maintenance and trouble shooting of the live website and mobile app

Continous maintenance and resolving issues across the champions hockey league website and apps. Development of additional features on request incl. design, development and release managmeent.

Reduced infrastructure and hosting costs by approximately 3x through the initial modernization work. Successfull implementation of additional features incl. live data integration across website and mobile apps.

Delivery was on time on all items given there was enough lead time but also Numatic is very reactive on short term requests and out of office hours responses. Quick and efficient communication via email or virtual calls were much appriciated over the past 2+ years.

Numatic Digital had a deep familiarity with the products we used, which are legacy products. Reaction time and support during night times and live games are a highly appricated value at Numatic

Are there any areas for improvement or something Numatic Digital could have done differently?

For the agreed scope and current engamgent there are not improvement areas that come to ming currently. Numatic is proactively suggestiong further improvements and is thinking ahead in terms of infrastructure and hosting efficiencies.
