Very well actually. I have a really good relationship with Hashim and he always made me feel comfortable to the point I sometimes take my eye of the ball and feel confident that he will still get the team to deliver.

We work through Trello. NullBrainer is very organized and fast to deliver what we need.

mpartial leverages geospatial data (Matterport) to automate the repetitive mundane aspects associated with sketching/scoping Xactimate estimates.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The founders are developers. There seemed that the entire institution is myopically focused around hard core engineering. They also have a Phd on staff that specializes in geospatial computer vision driven multi-object recognition.

We needed to develop a robust enterprise platform that has elegant flows associated with individual user-based rights permissions (super admins/admins/collaborators; parents/child's/orphans).

Well it works.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Agile inspired two-week sprints. Trello to Jira conversions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have great communication; willingness to keep US Hours; heavy QA prior to pushing live; ability to solve really tough problems engineering challenges.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The team is enginner if heavy, as opposed to project management biased which has some drawbacks, but we are certain this approach helped manage cost.
