What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw better engagement across our social channels, and the overall quality of our marketing materials improved a lot during the project. The paid campaigns also performed better over time once they started testing different creatives and formats. One of the campaigns saw the click-through rate (CTR) improve from around 1.1% to just over 2% after they updated the creatives and adjusted the ad formats. We also noticed lower cost-per-click (CPC) on a few campaigns once they started testing different visual styles and messaging. The improvements weren’t instant, but performance definitely got better over time as they optimized things. We also tracked overall reach and lead volume, both of which improved during the engagement. Our social pages became more active and consistent, which helped increase visibility and brought in more inbound interest compared to before. Content output became more consistent too, which helped us stay more active across channels and launch campaigns faster than before. Another thing we noticed was faster turnaround on campaign launches since we always had fresh creatives ready to go. Internally, that made the whole marketing process a lot smoother for our team.
