We started delivering services to end-customers that were demanding and particular because their market wasn’t used to such services.

We wanted a cost-effective and user-friendly mobile application, with fast response and a support team to overcome any setup issues.

How did you select this vendor?
We considered international vendors and selected The NineHertz because they had completed similar projects.
Describe the project in detail.
Per our agreement, the team delivered the initial screens and logo designs. A few months later, we started testing the app’s first version. The tool is now live and we do SEO in-house.

The team included a project manager, developers, and a designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Nine Hertz took immediate actions and was amazing. They believed in our product and wanted us to succeed.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager was the most vital resource to the project’s success. She translated my requests into tangible targets and updated me daily. The team worked up to seven days per week, which was amazing for European standards.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They made our ideas into a reality. Since we didn’t have previous B2C experience the project manager provided helpful constructive feedback.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They should have a dedicated conference room for Skype meetings to prevent noisy distractions.
