Keval, Ceo of the company, agreed on the terms of the agreement. Where I placed 4 milestones, paying 15% of total in the first three and 55% in the last one. As my project was a mobile prototype I needed 100% of the project done and I couldnt afford only 50% of it.That’s why I had to make sure the last milestone has the biggest money value, even if in terms of work time it was similar to others. Keval, Ceo of the company, agreed to all this. He signed the contract freely. After releasing the first two milestone payments (always on time), Keval revoked me access to the project.He wasn’t happy with the milestones payment distribution and he wanted more money, even though he had agreed on the contract before. They are blackmailing me So, now, they ask for more money or they will never give me access to the project. Even if I have paid part of it.I hired them though Upwork, and the platforms recommends escrow milestone by milestone not all at the same time. So I have done everything right. Now Upwork Legal team will take action, but the harm is already done. I have tried many times to come to a solution with Keval, but he is a blackmailer and he wants more money, before giving anything on reutrn.Please, do not make the same mistake as I did. The client didn’t knew the difference between prototype and MVP, or he deliberately didn’t want to understand it. The project was to deliver the UI/UX clickable prototype of the project to the client but, then diverted the communication that he MEANT prototype means MVP which is not true as we know both are different things in Software development industry and the irony is that the client himself is an IT professional. According to the brief given, the app needs to be playful and engaging so that students enjoy using it. The client needed an interactive and playful app which will provide a collection of easy options for students. The campuses and staff at universities can collect this feedback and make improvements. How We Helped For this application, we started from scratch. We created the designs and animations for the app, and then integrated them. We tailored the app to the preference of the client for a clean, minimalistic visual experience. We developed gamification components that make use of the gyroscope sensors and microphones of devices. ### CryptoCoach Concept The founder of CryptoCoach works as a consultant on cryptocurrency. How We Helped App specifications and designs were expressed to us. We were asked to develop an iOS and an Android app to accelerate information sharing. We developed the app using software that is compatible with both iOS and Android. We were provided with a preliminary app design. Also, the app was required to process client requests immediately.
