the working time is not fit to my timezone and i found that this is not 100% good for our company that working in the streaming technology ,also to be available to fix bugs if necessary . but in big i can live with this .

Vendor did a trial to win the project. They did good and they assure they were professionals.

Mobile App Prototype Project - Residential Solar Energy App There are different modules: login, introduction, status, solar, home, analysis, bill and account. I have already draw the draft sketches in ppt. This are not final sketches just a draft to give guidance. This can be found in the mobile app.pdf. Where I also have attached the colors and fonts, and my logo. I have added more detiales intructions for trial, login, home, analysis, bill and account modules.

I will need to be provided some way to update easily all the graphs data and a method I can share it with you, because it screen stage has different data to be shown. I will need first figma drafts for status and solar screens, to give more detail comments and do it perfectly.

The project will have around 140 screens/stages. Stages are screens very similar with few minor changes. The final deliverable will be all desgined screens perfectly connected: a mobile prototype, simulating a real app. Please add to this a quick demo ( max 1min recording) to guide an user that wants to use the app.

Please, give priority to:

1. Trial comments - finish trial

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I have started a mobile app project with them (specifically with Keval Padia and Prasiddh Chauhan) and signed a contract with clear milestones and deadlines. Keval, Ceo of the company, agreed on the terms of the agreement. Where I placed 4 milestones, paying 15% of total in the first three and 55% in the last one. As my project was a mobile prototype I needed 100% of the project done and I couldnt afford only 50% of it.

That’s why I had to make sure the last milestone has the biggest money value, even if in terms of work time it was similar to others. Keval, Ceo of the company, agreed to all this. He signed the contract freely. After releasing the first two milestone payments (always on time), Keval revoked me access to the project.

He wasn’t happy with the milestones payment distribution and he wanted more money, even though he had agreed on the contract before. They are blackmailing me So, now, they ask for more money or they will never give me access to the project. Even if I have paid part of it.

I hired them though Upwork, and the platforms recommends escrow milestone by milestone not all at the same time. So I have done everything right. Now Upwork Legal team will take action, but the harm is already done. I have tried many times to come to a solution with Keval, but he is a blackmailer and he wants more money, before giving anything on reutrn.

Please, do not make the same mistake as I did. All their good reviews are from their employees. So clearly not to much people is happy with them. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. THEY WILL BREACH THE CONTRACT.

They havent communicated well. If they have had any problem we should have bhad a call or something. I suggested many times to have calls with them, but they never agreed. They just removed me accces from the paid project.

This review is a deliberate attempt to malice our reputation Clutch.co even after us refunding the entire amount to the client for a situation where we weren’t liable to client’s misunderstanding. The client didn’t knew the difference between prototype and MVP, or he deliberately didn’t want to understand it. 

The project was to deliver the UI/UX clickable prototype of the project to the client but, then diverted the communication that he MEANT prototype means MVP which is not true as we know both are different things in Software development industry and the irony is that the client himself is an IT professional. Basically, he wanted the MVP in the same cost and played ill even after the initial agreement was to only deliver the UI/UX Clickable prototype.

The application was delivered as required and met our high standards. The code was easy to follow and allowed me to see easily what was done.

Despite a few errors on my part, they were patient and delivered exactly what I needed for this project.

We were impressed with their regular updates and clear coding standards. Compared with other international development teams, Nimblechapps operated in a clear way and showed initiative. I was very enthused and impressed with them.
