What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our previous web developers were unable to maintain our site and keep it functioning. NexusBox stepped in, immediately identified the issues with our site and were able to temporarily update our site to bring it back to functionality. They did such a great job, we asked them to do a full audit on our site and make recommendations for bringing our site to current standards. We then hired them to fully update the site and continue to partner with them to maintain and implement changes.

Michael is an excellent project manager. He is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He let us know how we could fix our broken site without trying to sell us on extra work, work that was absolutely needed, but we were not in a place to do. He then helped us plan the next steps for implementing our much-needed changes on a timeline that worked perfectly with our business.

Their responses to inquiries are very quick and projects are completed within the time frame promised, with clear communications if a project will take longer than anticipated.

They are experts, they know what they are doing, and they deliver on their promises. They were able to take a very broken site, with no documentation from previous web developers, and were able to decode the mess. Our site has never run as smoothly as it does now.

Achieved all our strategies to launch our website quickly once we met with Nexus Box and determined they were the vendor of choice we wanted to work with, both for initial project, and more importantly, continuous partnership for ongoing projects. Based on the success of the initial launch, we are very happy to continue advancing with Nexus with future enhanced projects.

Nexus Box LLC was extremely wonderful to work with for this conversion and design project. We were able to communicate freely, concrete plans, Nexus team had quick response to our request, and actions to the plans. 

Michael was above expectations and helped us do more than what we even imagined we could do with the conversion of our website. In fact, when our current site ran into issues during the design phase before we could convert, Michael and Nexus instantly dove in and resolved the issue for us with no hesitation. Nexus save the day !
