While our overall experience with Nextupgrad Web Solutions was highly positive, and they excelled in many areas like design revisions and communication, there's always room for constructive feedback. One area where they could potentially improve, though minor, might be documentation or hand-off materials. While the website was fully functional, perhaps more comprehensive documentation regarding the backend setup, specific plugin configurations, or future maintenance tips could have been provided. This would empower our internal team even further for long-term management without needing to reach out as frequently for minor queries. Again, these are minor points in an otherwise successful collaboration. Their strengths in design iteration and client communication were paramount, but these areas represent opportunities for them to further enhance their already strong service offering.

Great email coms and the end programmers works.

The project did go over in time, but this was due to the complexity of the code. They worked until a solution was found and kept to the estimate. So they get an A++

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work until all issues are fixed correctly and not patched with temporary workarounds. This is one of the issues you will run into with most IT companies; when they run into a roadblock in the code, they usually give up or use some code they know will break in the future. When a program is written correctly, it usually will not break.
