I'm the director of Yagishi Sdn Bhd, a company that sells goat milk body wash and body lotion in Malaysia.

We wanted to rank the keyword 'goat milk body Malaysia' in Malaysia, so we hired Newnormz to be our SEO agency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Newnormz has done in-depth keyword planning and explained to us why they chose those keywords. The team has also done content optimization on our website and fixed technical issues. Specifically, they've worked on H1 and H2 tags, website speed, schema markup, sitemap issues, and indexing issues. Newnormz has also helped us write articles.

Within three months, our website ranked! We can see growth in our impressions and clicks on our website. Previously, we had no traffic at all, and now we get about 40 visits daily. Our number of leads is also growing, although it's not that high yet. Our website is now on the first page of Google, within the top 10 results.
