Although there were several changes in the project PIC during the campaign, the final project lead (Devan) handled the project very well. He was responsive, organized, and ensured that deliverables were completed on time while addressing our needs efficiently.

We needed help improving our SEO ranking for our new domain.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Newnormz’s work has resulted in keyword ranking reporting where we rank in the top 10 in SERP for 14 keywords. We’ve also seen improvements in website articles publishing and pages content and technical optimization. Specifically, we’ve gone from having zero keywords in the top three and one keyword in the top 10 in March 2025 to having 13 keywords in the top 10 as of January 2026.

Moreover, we’ve noticed an increase in website traffic and leads generated as a result of these improved keyword rankings. We’ve gained more inquiries coming from our website.

How did Newnormz perform from a project management standpoint?

Newnormz delivers on time, although they take almost to the end of the project to fully achieve their KPIs. The team always provides progress updates on their work. We communicate via email and messaging apps as well as Google Meet.
