Our work has been carried out in stages. In 2020, they helped us in developing the denuncia.org platform, a website that helps Mexican victims of crime in reporting to authorities. In 2022, New Emage helped us implement modifications to optimize the site's user experience, and this year they are helping us with the site's SEO strategy (ongoing project).

• The denuncia.org site was created and until today it has more than 900,000 users
• We won the Latin American Digital Democracy Award in the NGO category
• Due to the results, we have continued earning financing to improve the platform.

The project management has been excellent. They have delivered all the products on time, and have been very open to our needs and requests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As an NGO, we are updating documents and materials periodically. New Emage has developed the denuncia.org platform in a way that is easy for us to update without additional help, which has been very beneficial for our work. At the same time, they understand the project and the constraints we as an NGO have, so they are flexible with prices and timelines.

Are there any areas for improvement or something New Emage could have done differently?

The documentation process was quite complicated. Our organization has changed personnel in recent years, and it was challenging to understand the project's history. Either way, they were really open in the transfer of knowledge process.
